Removes the stolen tag from worthless items you steal, so long as no one notices. Adjustable cost threshold.

Conversion of 'Mum's the Word' to CommonLib-NG. Based on 'Mum's the Word' by Fudgyduff, which is based on 'Better Stealing' by meh321.

Yes, i thought it could be a good addition. I'm already playing with this installed with STEP 2.1.0 & game version 1.6.353 and it's performing beautifully, absolutely essential ...

I used better stealing all of the time in old skyrim. I remember a nice bonus feature. Shopkeepers did not send murderous thugs after you for stealing an apple lol.
