Warnings.tx file location?

This is in my Skyrim.ini file:

[GeneralWarnings]
SGeneralMasterMismatchWarning=One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information.

But, I can't find this .txt file anywhere.

That's the string setting for warning displayed if a mismatched master is found by the game. Presumably the file would be created in that scenario.

I looked in Documents, My Games folder and all through Steam folder but did not find any such file.

Correct. It doesn't exist if it hasn't been created.
