Oops lost all my mods? Please help

Hi!

I accidentally clicked "open the instance selection dialog to manage a different game"

 

When I re selected Skyrim, it was blank! All my mods gone and FNIS too.

Is there a way to make them show on screen again? I don't know what will happen if I launch SKSE now that all mods are gone in MO2.

I believe my mods are still in the game files but........ meh I won't try

This depends on how you had Mod Organizer configured before you clicked the magic button. If you were using portable mode, click the first button at the top left, select Yes to restart, and then select Portable. If you were using a named instance, do the same thing except select the named instance that should be at the top of the list.
