LOTD cleaning Bruma patch

I'm following LOTD. There are directions to clean Obsidian Weathers And Seasons - Beyond Skyrim Bruma Patch usig SSEEdit. When I run it I get https://www.dropbox.com/s/4hxlmqd7jd4xkwm/sseedit.PNG?dl=0 (Sorry, doesn't allow Dropbox in Images, I guess). So, I can't clean the mod. Are there any solutions?

If you paste a link to an image on dropbox, you need to change ?dl=0 to ?raw=1 enable embedding.
