Mod organizer keeps minimizing my games

Hi, I don't know if this is a common thing with people using mod organizer 2 but for some reason it seems to randomly minimize my games, even when its just the small locked text box. I tried testing other things to see if they were the cause but I'm 100% sure its Mod organizer as I forced it to close and my game ran fine after that.

Plz help this is really annoying

Nevermind one of my mods is doing it and now I dont know which one it is

You can make a shortcut to the desktop of the executable used to start the game from the drop down under the run button and launch the game that way. This will not launch the MO interface at all. I don't think the MO interface has anything to do with it though. Most likely a windows process or another program running in the background. You can try closing some programs from the taskbar before running the game.
