Moving a MO2 profile from one computer to another

I'm installing Lexys LotD SE list on a Surface Pro 2 at work. What are the steps involved to eventually move this profile, after I've finished installing everything, into my MO2 SSE installation on my home computer?

With Mod Organizer 1.3.11 I just copy the profiles, mods, and downloads folder into the Mod Organizer folder on the new computer and I suspect it's pretty much the same with Mod Organizer 2.
