Will ELE work with PNENB?

So I'm going through STEP and and it says that I should confirm whether my chosen ENB works with Enhanced Lights and FX. I want to use Phinix's ENB but it doesn't mention on the nexus page whether or not they're compatible. It is compatible with relighting skyrim which is by the same author so maybe it'll be fine, but does anyone know whether they're compatible?

Most ENBs will work with most lighting mods. They'll likely be fine together.
