Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

Recommended Posts

Yeah I didn't think my file would be that popular lol

Use copy.com, they advertise no bandwidth limit

Used to use that mod back in the day. Unfortunately it's also a compatibility nightmare since any mod that adds an item/spell needs to be added to the config or they all end up in "Other". For me, at least, SkyUI has been good enough.

A script could be written to patch it, although it would take some effort, but the cfg file looks like an ini which would make patching it a little easier.

Neo, is your shield bash working with the new CACO 1.03.1 update? Since updating from 1.02, my shield bash has been inoperable.

Edit: ALSO: (more important than my first question) is it me or does the game crash whenever walking to Whiterun at night time, specifically around the farm where the Giant is, where you first meet the companions? If you want to try and replicate the issue, I have had it happen to me from 7:30pm onwards when coming from the road from Riverwood. Please get back to me regarding this specific issue, SSOOOooooooOOOoo infuriating.

I got a question : should merging the plugins only be done once everything is installed ?

reason i am asking is  because i tried to merge all the Better quest objectives  patches  but i get this upon starting  it .

Also  a suggestion ; it might be a good idea  to make some small ad on to activate   the Merge plugin.exe   through MO .

Very interesting mod

been thinking about trying this mod out for a while but what concerns me is SRLE is already pretty script heavy I wonder what the script lag is like and if there are any compatiblity issue to consider.

just gave it a quick try and I like there looks to be some issues with Animated Clutter thou so might have to hide a few mieshes in MO or load it after animated clutter in install order there does a appear to be some conflicts in TES5Edit between this and the UKSP but nothing major (mostly location conflicts) and they might also be deliberate by the mod author. Looks Like it could be a nice addition is SRLE but that is up to Neo. my load is get quite heavy now 200 esp and counting (but it's that always the way when modding skyrim)

This had been solved. Look at the bugs section of CACO where kryptopyr has posted a replacement esp that solves this issue. You can use this esp or wait until kryptopyr does an official update to her mod.

Can someone help me with this? :(

Am I the only person experiencing this? Most of the google hits I've read are from 2014 :/

I've found that walking on that road is a frequent source of CTDs (even more than Dragonsreach for me), although not just at night. Have you used GPUz, Fraps, and/or other tools to monitor the CPU, RAM, and VRAM use when this problem is happening? I've found that I need to allow more margin below full use of CPU, RAM, and VRAM than is ordinary needed when walking on this road.
