Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

Recommended Posts

1. When I install Better Males Faces - GeonoxFaces 1.2, should I only choose Documentation and Option -> Smooth Face Geonox Option -> Data Folder

2. When I install Better Males Underwear Default 2.3.2, Should I install the Data Folder and than install the Options -> Hair Body Textures -> Body Hair #3 -> Data Folder

For both: Install main files first, then open the archive again and install the options.

In the current revision of the guide (last modified on October 5, 2015, at 14:17), the instructions for Even Better Quest Objectives state:

TES5Edit Mod Merge Required: (Merging Guide)
Files to merge:

BetterQuestObjectives-AlternateStartPatch.esp
BetterQuestObjectives-CRFPatch.esp
BetterQuestObjectives-DBForevertoMisc.esp
BetterQuestObjectives-EFFPatch.esp
BetterQuestObjectives-PaarDilemmaPatch.esp
Merge Name:

Even Better Quest Objectives Merged
Filename:

BetterQuestObjectives-Patches.esp
Notice:This merge requires The Paarthurnax Dilemma to be installed.

I've installed the mod, and all those up to and including The Paarthurnax Dilemma, run LOOT, but when attempting to merge according to the Merging Guide instructions, I only see two BQO patches listed in the Merge Plugins Standalone (see attached screenshot for confirmation). Is the guide wrong, or am I doing something wrong somehow?

I have a problem with this also.

I do not see the Alternate Start patch for Even Better Quest Objectives when I load up the standalone mod merge tool. I see all the other patches, the Alternate Start patch is definitely checked in the right pane of MO, but it does not show up in the merge tool.

does anyone know of any decent guides or videos that show how to do conflict resolution properly I wish to learn this more in depth for my new playtrough?

also should the Vurt SFO 2.3 LOD Billboards not go under the main SFO mod in the install order?

I am just full of Questions tonight In Mod Organizer is there are way of adding headings (simlar to what Neo has in the Guide)

e.g A Heading for Unoffical patches then have the Unoffical Patches mods Underneath, A heading for weather then have Climates tamriel mods underneath?

When I make a heading for MO I click the icon in the upper left of MO (i'm not at home right now so I cant rem what it looks like), I have a fake 7zip on my desktop thats named     ...........Downloads, I choose it and MO says I have bad file structure. I click OK anyway after changing the name to ..........Peple of skyrim or whatever. the ......... indents my heading to make it a lil easier to see. In the end my heading is a light grey because there is no info in the mod. Thats my way of doing headings

Two options here:

1. Use the Group function of MO. it's availalble at the bottom panel. If you set it to "Categories" and then define your own categories in settings menu, you can simply make a name for each section of SRLE in MO as a category and use that to group addons.

2. Easier way and the way I do it... Make an empty mod folder, start with *** and then the name of the section, end again with ***.
