However, your not cutting anything cause they aren't running anyway. If you want to trim script load you need to cut stuff actually being used.
TheChemist Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 Is there any possibility to display actual script load? What really is affected when executing scripts? RAM, CPU?
Pretendeavor Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 The new versions of iNeed and Wet and Cold are on the nexus! If you decide to update to the new versions this might also be useful (from the W&C changelog): "Incorporated patch from Extensible Follower Framework Compatibility Collection." 2

cstarkey42 Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 I've been playing around with Immersive Horses instead of Convenient Horses and Hypothermia with Campfire until Frostfall 3.0 is released and found this: Elephant's Script Latency Tester . It claims to be the same as the CH option but I'm averaging about just over 100 with it while the CH test usually gave me around 60-75 with the occasional spike over 100. Considering that the absence of FF and CH should be giving me a much lower script load I'm not sure what to make of it. I even started a new game and dropped some NPC adding mods and other scripting mods and it's giving the exact same averages. Anyway, it's another option but it's hard to evaluate how reliable it is. Is/has anyone else had issues with Wrye Bash 305 suddenly not working, giving an error that it can't start on loading WB? Mine worked fine with no problems at all and, suddenly, it refuses to run again. I've tried everything, including a Skyrim reinstall, and have ran it in MO with a full load and by itself with only the vanilla load and I get the same error. I finally tried 304.4 again and that version works fine. Considering 305 worked fine for the longest time I an stumped as to what the issue suddenly is. I left a post on the WB page but since I was posting something here I thought I'd ask if anyone else has had problems with 305 and might offer suggestions to test which I haven't thought of. Thanks. 2
TheChemist Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 Thx, for the tool recommendations. Will check it out. BTW: Ruffled Feather mod collection had an update. 1
darkside Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 I read your instruction for DSR. Do we need to install aMidianBorn Content Addon meshes from this mod? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64647/? I assume they already included in the main DSR installer. Thanks

Vaportrails Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Hey, I just got done with the guide. Followed to the letter naturally, and it looks great. However, it appears my system can't handle it. Getting low fps and movement lag even while just in the first dungeon just after character creation. I suspect it has to do with running an ENB. Is there something I can disable and not have to reconfigure anything? Thanks.

Neovalen Posted May 30, 2015 Author Posted May 30, 2015 Also make sure you didn't accidently toggle fps limiter in enb, happens to me occasionally by accident.
Monobloc Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 Hi Neovalen, I'm reinstalling and I'd like to know if it's normal that LOOT detects 5 ITMs in the merged cot weather patch ? Thanks.

I just want to know, what is the first thing you would disable if FPS was a factor for you?As already suggested, try the performance version of Vividian. Another suggestion is the performance version of Real Vision. I have had good luck with it with lesser specs then SR:LE. If that doesn't help, try no ENB. Failing that, SR:LE almost always calls for 2K textures. Use 1K textures where available. Script heavy mods can cause slow downs, my problem as I run lots on top of SR:LE especially Wet and Cold. Reduce the number of scripted mods used. The biggest factor will be your graphics card and how much memory (VRAM) you have. With SR:LE, I often go over 3 GB VRAM as reported by Skyrim Permormance Monitor. Neovalen's specs are listed on the top of his guide. Compare. STEP has recommendations for its install depending on your system capabilities. Check those. EDIT: Changed MB to GB. Edited May 30, 2015 by DanimalTwo
