Update.esm and Skyrim.esm is greyed out and can't start the game

I can't start up the game. It crashes at the start.

Please sort the right pane by priority with 0, Zero, at the top. You will see that you do not have the proper priority to the ESPs and ESMs.

 

To sort by priority click on the Priority header until zero is at the top. Skyrim.esm should be first followed by update.esm then everything else.
