Post Install notes after following guide
Neovalen replied to MasterInire's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Thanks for the feedback, I'll be sure to read through this at home. :) -
Duel has been my #1 choice of combat mod since it's inception... it was in the original (non legendary) guide. I just haven't gotten around to the latest version.

Looks pretty nice but how's the texture stretching on the trunks?

STEP Extended: Favorited gear being marked as quest items
Neovalen replied to Librari's question in General Skyrim LE Support
Dual Sheath is definitely not doing this to your items. Dual Sheath only works on its own patch created items and doesnt touch the players equipment. Afraid I don't have any experience with an issue like this. -
I hope you like pain, commander. :) The beauty of XCOM is the highs of victory and the soul-crushing beat down of defeat. Its when you miss that 95% shot and get murdered for missing, or hit that low 20% shot to save a beloved soldier.

The reviews are streaming in, looks like an avg of 9.1/10 or so. Can't wait.

SRLE Extended Mod Suggestions
Neovalen replied to Darth_mathias's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Just move the ELE esp to the bottom (i.e. where my loot rules place it). Very few mods edit cell records themselves, if you have one of those just CR it yourself. -
SRLE Extended Mod Suggestions
Neovalen replied to Darth_mathias's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
The version of Relighting Skyrim in SRLE only covers those areas ELFX does not. ELE Overrides the image spaces of all cells to standardize them. Therefore it is 100% correct to use ELFX patches to move light bulbs around. -

1) I don't forsee a problem, but I would check any cell edits for new conflicts. 2) Only needed if using other parts of ASIS. I wouldn't use the other parts of ASIS without it. 3) Might be tougher, but I think most of the major mods have patches. I believe this will increase your memory load, you may need to compensate. 4) Shouldn't be an issue. -
Let the mods roll... they are giving away everything. https://www.idigitaltimes.com/xcom-2-pax-south-firaxis-says-were-giving-them-everything-508237

I don't have any delay or stutter on my skills menu at all. I am using SSIRT now that it's in base SRLE.

Yeah, sounds like another "I hate LOOT" moments... sometimes I think I'd be better served just posting a load order. BOSS was at least deterministic in where it placed things. I will add it to my list of things to add.

Thats interesting. My Guard Dialog Overhaul esp is at priority 20 and GuardAnimationsGDO is at like 89...
-
I don't run it so I don't know, but there is a lot of churn in that guide of late so I would say let it mature some if your not an expert mod maintainer. :) I'm sure it will slow down before too long.

Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

Lesson I'm getting out of this is... stick to loose mods, screw bsa. :) That's been my standard for years, why change? -
1) I make my own avatars using character creators for the most part. Wallpapers are either screenshots or promo material for whatever game I'm hyped about at the time. Currently using my DAI character as an Avatar and Witcher 3 wallpaper. 2) Monitor - Always. Resolution is 2560x1600. 3) IPS - Definitely the best colors. 4) ( o)( o) 5) Dragonborn, huh? Was it your ma or your pa that was the dragon? --Hadvar 6) Soda. 7) Windows Defender (Windows 10 Edition - Formerly Security Essentials)

Doubt it. This sounds like your ENBoost or SKSE memory patch isn't working. Try running memory blocks log and check if your blocks are being changed.

Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

This implies if we want TES5Edit scripts to see the correct textures they will need to be loose files (i.e. extracted) if we don't want to edit the ini. -

True, LODs are not going to be majorly different between the base and optimized versions. IIRC Sheson includes all the high res DLC LODs in its install anyway as loose files. -

I have taken out the instructions to rename the file. So leave them as HD01 and HD02. Will need to investigate with Sheson to find out how DynDOLOD will react but at least it works now. -

We really shouldn't need to be editing that file to use other BSAs... I may just end up having people extract the BSAs if its a problem for DynDOLOD in the end. -

Edit: Ok, apparently naming it Skyrim - Textures.bsa did cause my DynDOLOD to stop working... I will see if I can find out whats going on with that. -
So you create character and it CTD? or do you create character, click on the bed, and ctd?

It does as long as MO is managing BSA files. At least it works for me. :) -

Look in the data tab and find where those textures come from. Maybe it will give a clue. Mine are showing Skyrim - HD02.bsa for all of those missing textures.. Make sure you have that one and have it activated.
