SRLE Extended: Legacy of The Dragonborn

You linked to the base real roads mod instead of the fix for the Real Roads mesh fix. -
SRLE Extended: Legacy of The Dragonborn

Not sure if this has been reported but many of the links to mods in the Skin and Body section are https// links which lead to pages that disable the scripts so you can't get to the download pages. -
yeah, got overwolf and steam overlay, should I disable those for Skyrim?
-
SO I got all the mods installed and booted up. When I go to create a character the head and body skin colors are completely different and I can't figure out why. When I look for solutions everyone is talking about NPCs, not how to fix the player character.

Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback
Crazy_San replied to Neovalen's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
I'm running 1.3.6. Using the information there I've been able to get the Skyproc Patcher to run through MO, but only the ASIS patcher is showing up, not the Dual Sheath Redux patcher, still trying to figure that one out. EDIT: removed SUM from my applications list and added it again and it's showing both patchers now. -
Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

I'm having trouble running the Skyproc Unified Manager. I've added it to the application list but when I run it nothing happens. If I try just running the Jar file seperatly from MO it works, but of course doesn't see any mods. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong? -
So I'm finishing off the guide, and I'm at the conflict resolution part. You suggest we do it manually at least once so we can know how to do our own conflict resolution, but my question is how can we tell by ourselves what conflicts need to be resolved. When I apply the filter to sort for conflicts I still have a huge amount of records that you don't even mention. Is there any better way to sort them, or is it just a matter of looking through things for conflicts that might actually be a problem.

I did try looking the closest thing I found was him saying that the patch takes a long time so it's a pain if your changing mods often -

Another thing I was wondering about was what level of textures I should use. I have a R9 270X GAMING 4G video card. My screen is only a 32" tv though, so my resolution is 1360x768 -
Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

Okay, so It's been a while, but I'm back to take a crack at this again with my new beefier computer. I've got questions about a few mods not listed in the guide, specifically Perkus Maximus and Hunterborn. Do people use either of these mods with this pack and/or are there any particular reasons Neovalen hasn't used them in the pack. -
Okay, so I have a question about BSA extraction. Is it still necessary with Mod Organizer 1.3.6? The guide is still using 1.2.8, but says that the issue would hopefully be resolved in 1.3. So should I still extract BSAs or leave them alone?

T3nd0's Perkus Maximus and SR:LE + REGS
Crazy_San replied to bradarichardson's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
I'm tempted to install PerMa, but I'm worried about compatibility, don't know if using the compatibility patch that only covers a few mods will be enough. I'll probably wait until we hear something from Neovalen or he actually puts it into the guide.- 9 replies

Do you feel there is enough salt?
Crazy_San replied to Crazy_San's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
There are a couple of recent posts on that mods nexus page saying it was causing CTD on boot. -
pack A Real Explorer's Guide to Skyrim
Crazy_San replied to CJ2311's topic in Step Skyrim LE Packs (retired)
Well it is now part of SR:LE, so probably. Also I have a question of my own. I was looking at the inscruction for installing REGS with SR:LE and saw that under Expanded towns and cities you say to enable the Inns & Taverns patch for the mod by Mena, but SR:LE doesn't use that mod, only inn mod it has is the realistic in pricing one. Should we still enable the inns and taverns patch, or is that a mistake? -
Do you feel there is enough salt?
Crazy_San replied to Crazy_San's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
I think that was realistic needs. There's one that either is or was a part of STEP but it hasn't been updated recently and people say it causes CTD on load. And I think I will go with the food scarcity option ecspecailly since I use hunterborn right now so meat is not scarce at all, and I can get vegetables for soup from gardens. -
So I'm wondering if people run any of the mods out there to increase the amount of salt in the game? I don't need to worry about it too much right now because I'm on a Bosmer so I can eat raw meat, but for a future character I wonder if there's enough salt around by default to cook meals.

yep, works now, thanks much.

No, I never tried before. I tried to do it so I could look at the changelogs for a pack. I've got the direct link to that page now so there's not rush but I figured I should make you all aware of the issue. I'm assuming it has something to do with the underscore in my name, but I can't be sure.

okay, do i need to contact them directly or just wait?

Tried both, still says it's an invalid username

Do you think Hunterborn will be added to SR:LE?
Crazy_San replied to Crazy_San's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
One thing I'm mulling over is what settings to use. I've got it mostly on default except I turned on the requirement for hunting knives. I wasn't sure if any of the mods in SR:LE such as immersive creatures have any special materials or pelts drop so so I left those settings alone for now and I haven't turned on monster hunter since that is off by default. -

Crazy_San replied to Crazy_San's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Well that is kind of the point, . Skinning and harvesting an animal takes time. -
Hi, I was just wondering if the pack author planned on adding the Hunterborn mod to the the SR:LE pack. From what I can tell the pack hadn't been updated for a while, but it was recently updated and is compatible with the most recent expansion. I know there is a mods thread for all of S.T.E.P. and there is already a thread there for Hunterborn, but I'm interested in whether SR:LE in particular plans on using this mod, as I feel it is a pretty good immersion mod.

Yes I have.

Hello. I am having trouble logging into the wiki, when I try to do so using my forum ID it says "You have not specified a valid username".
