  1. LOL I am sorry but... this is really naive.
  2. Sorry overreacted x) I don't know, I am really clueless, why skyrim configurator https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/814 uses some of this thread settings?
  3. Take you time. I don't think my CTDs are related to the updates, apparently I missed some UNP optionals. I think they are quite easy to miss. Maybe you could make it more hard to miss? I would appreciate it. :) Maybe some of the guys having CTDs missed some optionals? Or it's only me? ps.:All in one Faces, it says 5.0b, but there's only 5.0a. Also it stats (4.0b for UNB), should I use both? 4.0b face pack for UNB AND 5.0a female vamp for UNB? Confused here. ps2.: I think I found it. I had installed all the DSpSoB mod without do the special installation, I see it has an skeleton there, LOL. Gonna delete it and run FNIS again. I renamed all mods that have special installation, like delete/copy/renamed folders/archives, with a post fix - Skyrim Revisited, so I know it's like you said in your guide, that way I don't get lost. *CONFIRMED, no more CTDs ps3.: Better Hands for UNP that also was updated recently I'm having a problem where the hotkeys of Race Menu and SkyUI do not respond, like Space to search, and more importantly, Ctrl to change light and Alt to zoom in Race Menu. But it may be related with a mod that is not from STEP nor SR. More Hotkeys Please, will check tomorrow.
  4. Oh snap! I got CTDs while picking up armors from bodies! Twice! First time a vampire armor, next a Thalmor one. What the heck it may be, USKP really?
  5. Aren't you guys using Mod Organizer? If so, should not have to install something over the other. Wrye bash will do the job (but is slow to wait things unpack), but don't use NMM (not good with multiple mods) end never ever try to install so much mods by hand. o.O Sorry I can't help with that, I am not having CTDs, but I have to DDSopt and restrain to 1024 all mods to play it without stutter with my poor 1GB card. So don't hate me so much. x) Already tried disable the HD LOD mod (meshes)? I think that was causing CTDs to me on Whiterun some time ago, but not now. It's weird, cause the same mods I already had prolems in the past, I don't have now. Like this one, Dynamic Snow, and others. But definitely my problems were with some mod in the 2.F and/or 2.G categories of STEP 2.2.1 guide (https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.1#2.G_Landscape_.26_Environment ). Try disable all of them and see if its gone, then turn one by one on again. Maybe it can help.
  6. Blame STEP, they said... :)
  7. Better Dynamic Snow and Better Skill and Quest Books Names has been updated too. Both seems to not need the TES5Edit fixes no more. Also USKP has been updated.
  8. I just said: try it. I use them, definitely feel positive effects, and definitely does not any harm to try. They are 100% stable on my side. I know is not proven. It's clear STEP don't recommended it anywhere. But if that's the case please guide me on the "why it's not recommended" cause I want to know, since it does no harm. Please concrete information. Don't create terror about it without reason.
  9. That's understandable ^^
  10. Try addind these under [General] in your Skyrim.ini file: Assuming you have multicore CPU. Try and give your feedback.
  11. Lol what? Care to elaborate the hate me part?
  12. What? It's crazy how this is gainsaying... one minute it's not needed, the other is there on the download files. x)
  13. Where it is stated and who recommends Skyrim Particle Patch? The author? I can't find it. Only mention I find is that he USES this patch, it is included in the mod, so for what I understand, no is not recommended.
  14. I am sure it's not SkyRe that did the physics problem, since it does not touch that part. I have using it and do not have such problems. I use all the SkyRe modules.Gopher isn't using only the Races and Standing Stones modules, as he stated in one comment on one of the videos (Ill not look for it, lol). I used to have CTDs on Whiterun also. I corrected without really knowing what was, but I suspect it was Distant Detail or the HQ LODs also. That's really weird.
  15. Better use the CoT with it for the weather for now, till they release their weather module.
  16. Looks great, I dont know the perks part are working: "Reflection has been re-released. It has been repurposed to strictly show the level up messages from previous Elder Scrolls games. The perk mechanics have been removed. The messages will display as soon as you choose a stat to improve after leveling up. The SKSE requirement has been removed. Please enjoy."
  17. I shall use Requiem in my next char. Looks like a great overhaul.
  18. I'm sorry to answer that late. But you don't need patches no more with SkyRe and any mod.Just download and run the ReProccer https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/28467 Tt's a SkyProc patcher like AV and ASIS, and it make all your mods compatible. :) Just make sure to also use this xml: https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27092 It's highly recommended, and it is getting fast upgades, it will be by default on next release of ReProccer. It will be soon compatible with SUM too https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29865 A SkyProc patcher that run all your SkyProc patches in a BOSS recommeded sequence, so you don't have to run one by one and maybe screw up with the order, what can make you have CTD. It's good when you use SkyRe ReProccer and/or ASIS, AV, RBS, maybe more. Go for it.
  19. I use almost all of your guide mods, plus others ones and SkyRe. I love it and think it works amazing. :) I would strongly encourage anyone to use it. Feels like more a proper game.
  20. ELFX is so much better in take away most fake light and make it more believable. No one is perfect but, I see a clearly winner. Relighting looks like barely touch most lights.
  21. I have ELFX (loose files, extracted) installed with your Skyrim Revisited mods plus some others, at the bottom in the package/overwriting order, and is only overwrite 19 files, 16 from SMIM and 3 from USKP. Totally worth it. Ops, now I see already posted. I will try Relighted also. ps.: ELFX also comes with compatibles SMIM meshes, and it was updates today. And it probably is updated to USKP fixes, if not Neovalen take care of I'm sure. :)
  22. That looks good, and only replace vanilla meshes: https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/28491#content Mod Testing Hold out on testing this mod until Superior Lore-Friendly Hair is finalized as either accepted or not. Thanks! Compare again current STEP (Realistic Hair / AOF Believable Hair) with and without this mod install. Not all hair meshes are fixed. Testers will have to determine the hair meshes that are altered by this mod.TechAngel's Compares: Please note that the RaceMenu was the quickest and easiest way to handle these compares. The textures will appear a bit less grainy and less detailed in the actual game. (hunting these down in-game would have taken way too long). Also, Better Vanilla Hairs only covers 2 hairs for men and 3 for women (third is not covered in the compares). This compare is not to determine a hair mod. It is to determine whether or not to accept Better Vanilla Hairs or not. The multiple compares are to show how the mod works with different hair mods. 23. Keep up the great work Neovalen. The tes5edit instructions are 'getting me schooled' (lol), the changelog is awesome, such great work indeed. I love how all my mods are clean now, all conflicts are solved, they all carries the USKP changes, and I was not getting any CTD with so much mods installed. And, since I lost all my files yesterday (thanks Steam clouds to save my save files), I decided to restart with Mod Organizer, and using your guide even more. Best decision I made.
  24. Under [Combat] at Skyrim.ini Yeah, let's pretend that did happen also. x) *shakes fist* You! :><:hahaha LOL Yeah, I hate how if you disable v-sync your mouse goes totally crap.Don't like much v-sync, but in skyrim is a must have, because of the mouse lag and the terrible tearing.
