  4. as the topic says, updated to .16 and now I can't generate any of my skyprocs (ie ASIS, DuelSheath, PerMa).

  6. Thanks for the LO guys, it helps ppl like me a lot. Got a REGS, SR:LE, PerMa, RND, hunterborn, dynamic things (getting script heavy) profile that requires tons of time in tes5edit.

  9. Hopefully this can help those reaching the 255 esp limit. Between SR:LE, REGS, Perma, and the million other great mods, hitting a 255 cap is fairly easy. Obviously SR:LE has a few great merges that saves room and are safe to use that I won't mention here. I've found a few more that can hopefully help those in need. Load order becomes a bit of an issue when changing the name of the esp's you merge but as a rule of thumb I run BOSS or LOOT with the un-merged esp's and then place the merged esp's in the same "priority" spot as the first esp on the right side panel of MO. I then place the original esp's in the "optional esps" tab. I also place the new Merged esp in its own folder on the left side of MO. So here are some of my finds. Don't forget, the new Merged Scripts in tes5edit gives you a color code and a litttle info about if it's mergable which you can update in your "Edit Scripts/mp" folder. Just run the jar. 1. Moss Rocks.esp Moss Rocks-DB.esp Pilgrimsdelight.esp pointtheway.esp 2. Beards.esp Brows.esp (could put eyes esp's, but I don't use any) 3. RaceMenu.esp RaceMenuOverlays.esp RaceMenuPlugins.esp 4. ELFX-Dawnguard.esp ELFX-Dragonborn.esp (did not try exteriors yet) 5. Use JK's Skyrim instead of all the seperate ones in REGS. That means no Dawn of Riften unfortunatly. 6. SkyFalls + SkyMills + DG + DB + FS + WT.esp SkyFalls DB + FS Small Waterfalls.esp 7. SDO Full-LOD - Giant Campfires.esp SDO Full-LOD - The Morthal Swamp Complete.esp SDO Full-LOD - Whiterun Trundra Creeks.esp 8. Atlas Legendary.esp Atlas Compass Tweaks.esp There are others, but that's a good start. Cstarkey42's guide is helpful as well, though I don't understand his Mega Patches and it has not been updated in a while. I'm by no means a pro, and I've yet to try the Perma patches. But this is a good start. Hopefully others can add to the list with merges that have worked for them. Thanks all!
  10. Just curious why we don't choose the extras like the sounds for enhanced blood in the options menu when we install AO? Is it personal preference or something else? TY
  11. A tip on some common esp merges would be great?!! I've done some of the basics like moss, mossdb, pointtheway, and pilgrimsdelight, but more and any advise would be nice. REGS can have a lot of esp's. Morrowloot plays nice with PerMa? That's suprising.
  12. I feel this has been covered before but I don't remember. Im getting flickering in the distant LOD's. Seems the snow on the mountains is the worst. I have my ini set to ugrids 7 or so. My mods are in the proper order on the left side of MO. Not sure. Just checking if others have had this problem. I deactivated the new vivid landscape, but thats not it. Not sure. Any help would be great!

  16. Good point about starting on SR:LE first. Don't see too many probs with REGS, just curious if high level enemies and the like work ok with PerMa. And any advise ppl can share if they've done a similar set up
  17. So now that PerMa has been out for a while and patched a bunch I'm going to attempt to do a mixed REGS, SR:LE game with PerMa. I would love any advise about what's compatable and what's not in SR:LE before I start. I understand the patcher and LO as I've run it with modified STEP setup. Thanks for any help!!
  18. Thanks for being on the guide as always Neov. This is the second time I am installing guide, new comp. (WOOT!) So I guess what I'm not understanding is: "Special Installation: Do not install the following file(s) and/or folder(s): aMidianborn - Content AddOn: Improved Closefaced Helmets Version folderaMidianBorn_ContentAddon.esp (Instead, use the version found in the Improved Closefaced Helmets version folder.)aMidianBorn_ContentAddOn_Installation directions.txt"I would delete the esp from here, but I find no version in ICH? Thanks, sorry for confussion. EDIT: Wait, I think I get it, nevermind. Sorry.
  19. So I'm noticing there is no longer a "aMidianBorn_ContentAddon.esp" in ICH version folder. Am I reading the guide wrong? I noticed ICH has been updated recently. If so there is no longer an aMidianBorn_ContentAddon.esp to add to the game. Also, Audio Overhaul needs to be updated, as well as real shelter, and wisemans traps. I know Neov is busy, no rush, just figured I would mention it and hopefully it helps!

  22. Getting PerMa up and running and playing with load orders makes me understand Neov's reasoning behind not using LOOT even more now. You need to hand place esp's and there are still no patches for all the mods included in SR:LE. I got it working with the STEP guide though.
  23. For those needing a Requiem fix, I've loaded up this guys set up and I'm really enjoying it! I've asked him for a STEP guide. It's a mix of the survival guide and the requiem guide.
  24. Load order is a big issue with PerMa. You need to read through the post here. LOOT is only a base, you will need to hand place most esp's. That's what the biggest problem is with SR:LE and PerMa; Load Order. The "null" problem is explained in the forums of PerMa and the compatibility patch. You should read through it all. You will not get it to work otherwise. Check out this guys LO in that forum as well to get an idea of how wrong LOOt is.
