Yeah I did that, still crashed. I don't use loose scripts if it can be avoided. But its "definately" a mod other than USKP that was causing it in my case since with only the two unofficial patches, iHUD and Live Another Life installed no crashes occured like before. -

In my case it does not apply, I had it on a newly installed Skyrim on "fresh" characters, no followers etc. Still must be something on my end that is causing it since its not happening to everyone. Strange thing is that it still happened after I more or less copied Arths loadorder from a recent thread and the crashes still occured. Gonna try it out with only DG and the patches installed see if it keeps happening. -

I'm having crashes loading into or out of both Solitude and Windhelm main gates :) Something funky is going on. -

Can't help you there, only use Wrye for the bashed patch so far. This guide might have your answer. On another note, I'm having problems launching a game with the new beta so I'd stay away from it for now. -

From the author of Ruins Clutter Improvement HD Skyrim HD Enviroments Imperial Fortress recently updated and Nordic Ruins just uploaded. Future Plans according to the mod page includes: Riften Sewers Caves Mines Dwemer Ruins Solitude HD gates and doors Dawnguard I'm pretty satisfied with "just" Skyrim Realistic Overhaul but I gotta admit that this guy usually does solid work as well.

I'm curious about the inclusion of these two mods since they significantly alters Skyrims vanilla nightsky. Is it just an aesthetic decision or does it hark back to older TES games?

I think I've read somewhere that Expanded Towns and Villages has dirty navmesh edits but can't find a source for it. But I can confirm that when I had it installed I noticed quite a few confused npcs bumbling about :)

Nope, nothing comes to mind. Arthmoor once posted some guidelines on what is or isnt compatible with OCS: Source Post #47 I also remember reading something about mods that adds animals, might have been Skytest, such as rats to the cities. They might not cause crashes per se or anything but the animals might not show up in the Open Cities. Probably linked to Artmoors first point in the quote. Edit: Also, basically any mod with dirty navmesh data regardless of where in the game world it is. Although that isn't specific to compatibility to OCS.Â

I doubt Unique Taverns conflict, I'm using it in my mod list together with OCs at the moment so should be apparent soon if there is any problems.

I've ran it a bunch of times, and I'm planning on using it on the playthrough I'm putting together right now. Never used one of those city "makeover" mods though, my bet would be that unless it specifically says its compatible it won't be ^^

Been playing with this for awhile now and while it is a nice mod overall I'm not gonna use it quite yet because of the less than stellar collision detection and the sometimes stiff animations of the flying birds. Still, Hopefully these things will improve soonish :)

Both versions except the 1024 standalone needs the bsa's. You should just leave the esp's checked if using those, there isnt a need to use the ini tweak anymore afaik. -

I've been using a similar mod Smash locks and lock doors from time to time but this seems better overall. -
I've been looking for an excuse not to use that mod anyway. I hardly use followers, certainly not more than one, and use UFO because of its merits with equipping followers etc. The same mod author has another mod Change Follower Outfits that works fine with this one.Â

Just had a quick look see in game and the sounds alone make a huuuuge difference in my opinion. The birds overall looked good, but there were some issues where it seemed like they vanished into mountains and buildings. Nothing to obvious though and the author has it on his/her to-do list. It has a separate .ini file that I used but the author notes that it might cause problems for some, it is useable without it though. Its a script heavy mod so I wouldn't use it quite yet on a "real" save.

Seems to still be working out a few chinks but looks really promising! Gonna try it out and report back with any issues :) skyBirds - Airborne Perching Birds Mod Testers: Test with a full STEP installation with no additional mods installed/active.Test if scripting errors from Birds and Flocks has been corrected by skyBirds.General testing should be done as well to see if any issues arise from skyBirds being installed with STEP (stability, performance impact, etc). Check/test all the features of this mod including chicken feet fix, birds perching, invisible hawk fix, sounds, birding flying, etc.Provide a detailed summary of your review once your testing is complete.Note: This may be best tested by the more experienced MTs/Admin.
