For the STEP resource files, do I only use them if I downloaded all the mods in the guide?

I've tried to redownload it and reinstall it, it still is empty. I've even manual downloaded it and tried that.

Flickering Meshes fix does not install anything at all. MO2 is considering it an empty mod and on the posts for the mod page, someone else has this issue.

It looks like that, but the guide says to activate the new plugin so that is why I was confused.

In the guide it says to Run Nemesis Ensure all plugins are ticked, and sorted with LOOT. Choose Nemesis from the executables dropdown and click [Run] to run it through Mod Organizer. Tick the Ice skating fixed for real box. It may be necessary to click [Update Engine] and wait until the progress bar has finished. Click [Launch Nemesis Behavior Engine] and wait until it says "Behavior generation complete" and close. Enable the new plugin in the right pane of MO by ticking it. Sort plugins with LOOT. Problem is, when I ran nemesis and everything was done with only choose the ice fixed for real option. I didn't get a plugin added into the folder for the output. I only got Meshes, Nemesis_Engine and a scripts folder. I did what all those said to do and still no plugin after running it again.

Is the body supposed to be like this? I mean one brighter than the other and the neck seam.

I fixed the error, I apparently didn't read hard enough and missed the "Do not clean with xEdit" part. I don't know how to delete posts.

I don't know why it keeps saying this, I've followed the guide till this point with no issues. I got an error after hitting cancel, it says Error occurred processing file: .\DeadMoney.esm
