I get about 4500 of these types of messages from virtually all worldspaces, are they a concern? The process did complete successfully, I think. I haven't started the game yet to see what, if any, effect this may have.

Thank you! Will do. I have 11gb of VRAM, the memory error certainly could be transient but was repeatable. Unless I report back all is well and, in any case, thank you again for your help and support.

Alpha-75 - missing TexGenx64 in the archive. When running 32-bit TexGen I get an OpenGL Out of Memory error consistently.

Moving the output destination to a dedicated directory outside the mod manager's sphere of influence did not improve the situation, the program still crashed. The OS must have closed it because a progress bar briefly appeared with a message to the effect of "Stand by a moment" then the window disappeared and no SSELODGen_log.txt was created. I tried the test version and that did complete successfully. Thank you for your help and advice.

Beta 88 crash. Fortunately I have 86 still archived. No problems with that version - all else identical. bugreport.txtLODGen_log.txt No SSELODGen_log.txt was created. I assume that is because the window closed itself - I didn't get the chance.

Thank you very much z929669 - if I can find the post again I'll edit this and link it here.

With all due respect that was spectacularly unhelpful. The xLODGen terrain settings I included did indeed come from this very forum. If I could interpret the settings and understand their effects, I wouldn't need to ask. I did ask because these settings were presented by z929669 as optimum settings and I wanted clarification because it is quite unclear whether they are applicable to the latest version of xLODGen.

I am a bit overwhelmed. I have tried, truly, to understand the options and recommendations in this topic but I have reached something of an impasse. I think these settings reflect the optimum settings for the latest version of xLodgen (I'm using it for Skyrim SE) but it is difficult to tell whether these are for this version or are from an earlier guide. I am not unhappy with these settings, the LODs look good in game -- but could they be better? My rig is quite capable though I don't use a 4k monitor. The settings in the attached image were drawn from "xLODGen Terrain Settings Compare" in this forum but, again my apologies, I can't tell what version of the guide (1, or 2, or ?) to which the topic refers. I would rather be able to RTFM and figure out optimum settings but I am quite afraid I am out of my depth here and instead will beg for help. If one of you kind souls would look these settings over and make recommendations I will be eternally grateful (my second- and third-born are available).

Can Not Copy Resource / The system cannot find the path specified
Mephitic replied to ravenRpg38's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
I owe you folks an apology. I have fallen in to the stupid user trap of believing that my situation is unique despite a ton of evidence to the contrary. I am absolutely sure that your diagnoses are spot on and I will eventually discover that my OS or something is blocking the writes. Thank you for your advice and help, and for providing these invaluable tools. -

Unless I missed it, Black_Armory didn't post logs. Our problems are virtually identical, I piggybacked on his initial report. -

Mephitic replied to ravenRpg38's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Please review the logs I posted and you will see that the paths are not under UAC control. I have no AV other than Defender and the entire DynDOLOD tree is excluded. [edit] A complete removal of the DynDOLOD installation folder and re-installation via archive did not solve the problem. A different file failed, but the symptoms are the same. Mephitic replied to ravenRpg38's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
I'm getting a similar error with a different file. TexGen_SSE_Debug_log.txt TexGen_SSE_log.txt Yikes. I apologize if this is in the wrong topic or forum. The comment I replied to appeared as "similar content" which was odd because I hadn't detailed the problem yet. In any case it is apropos but I noticed belatedly that it doesn't seem to fit the parent topic. If it can be move to a more appropriate place, please let me know. -
Missing vanilla tree meshes -- maybe
Mephitic replied to Mephitic's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Well, that was a rookie mistake. For some reason I thought Indistinguishable Billboards were a part of EVT ::embarrased:: Thank you! -
I'm not sure exactly what is wrong here. In the first screen shot, I had not installed Forests of Dibella nor its associated billboards: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1710876269 The second is after I installed those two mods: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1711025790 In both cases, there seems to be a dearth of vanilla trees. These are what I believe are the relevant mods from my load order in MO2: Billboards, LODs, and DynDOLOD (separator) DynDOLOD Resources SE Indistinguishable Billboards for Skyrim SE Enhanced Vanilla Trees EEKs Renthal Flora Collection - Aspens LH's Forests of Dibella v1.5 HD 2K LH's Forests of Dibella v1.5_Billboards 1K EEKs Gildergreen TexGen Output DynDOLOD Output The full mod list and plugin list is here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/489830/discussions/0/1733213724905425400/ I've attached the latest DynDOLOD log (compressed) -- nothing jumps out at me but most of it is above my pay grade. Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer. DynDOLOD_SSE_log.7z
