I'm not sure how to Google this question because I came up with zilch. I'm running Skyrim through MO2 and have Loot executable. For some reason it's only bringing up Morrowind game files even though the executable worked just fine before with my Skyrim instance. I use the drop down menu in Loot to select the correct game but they are all greyed out and won't let me select. What should I be doing to get Loot in my Skyrim instance to run the Skyrim mods again? My executable seems correctly set to Skyrim. The argument says: --game="Skyrim". I can't see why it is using Morrowind files! Thank you.

I've tried downloading it, but it's made for SE and I can't even get it to install on MO2. Is there some way aside from manual installs? I eff up the simplest directions.

Yes, I had Java 7 and it did this. That is why I said I recently updated it. With PerMa, the instructions said that the newest Java, the better. So, since Java 7 was giving me this problem, I tried updating with the newest version and got the same error. It's driving me crazy. Greg, really impressed you found this. I'm going to take some time looking at RR. The problem is, it's freaking overwhelming just reading the directions. When you're supposed to monkey around with installing to files and doing 10-step procedures, I always end up screwing up something. Why can't anything ever be easy? Whew. I'm pretty happy you found this though. Ideally, if I could figure out what's wrong with this null point exemption, that would be the best option since I had gotten it to work once and have everything installed and executabled and whatnot.

No...If I'm in Character Creation I'm starting a completely new game. I'm not sure why it's still showing up. Also, could something else be blocking the ability to see amulets? My character starts out with ragged robes. There's plenty of room to see an amulet there. I wouldn't worry about the neck seam fix if I could be seeing the amulet I'm trying to wear for RP.

I got tired of trying to find solutions for the CBBE mod I was using and uninstalled it. Now I'm running around in Wilma Flintstone's underwear and I'm ok with that, but the dang Neck Seam Fix is still showing up in Character Creation options and it's keeping me from being able to view amulets I'm wearing. I've completely removed it from Mods in MO2. I've deleted a meshes folder it generated. I've gone through looking for every file it adds and can't find anything, but it's still functioning. What am I missing? Thanks! Mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50329?tab=files

It sounds like you are on to something, but I'm not sure I'm following you. I have MO2 and game files in D: This is what I have in my paths, could you please help me understand what to correct? Binary: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_361\bin\javaw.exe Start in: C:\Users\Erin\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Skyrim\mods\ReProccer - Automated SkyRe patch generator\SkyProc Patchers\T3nd0_ReProccer Arguments: -jar "C:\Users\Erin\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Skyrim\mods\ReProccer - Automated SkyRe patch generator\SkyProc Patchers\T3nd0_ReProccer\ReProccer.jar" I have nothing but "force load libraries" checked.

Mod Organizer support for Caliente's TexBlend
Darklustre replied to Curuedhel's question in Other Utilities Support
I've been able to get the TexBlendLite to work through MO by going into Data in the right hand panel. But the program is always empty. There are not textures or anything. Any idea what's wrong for me? -
I said I started a new executable. I started one for PaMa, and that was the pathway for PaMa. I don't see how it should be that the path I put in a completely separate executable is suddenly found overwriting the path that was in SKSE, causing it not to be able to run the game, when it was working just fine for years before I created PaMa. Do you guys have any idea about the null point exemption? I thought installing the latest Java might fix it. That's the best solution I Googled for the problem with Reproccer and PaMa. Just curious if you might know an answer.

I decided to start a new profile of Skyrim in MO2 so I could try PerMa instead of SkyRe, and install Beth.ini. I don't think I really understood that profiles don't keep the changes you make in them separate from the other profiles, because I followed a tutorial video that said to remove all components of SkyRe from the mod list of the new profile. I started by removing Reproccer Scripts (or something similar) and Skyre. I found it was removed from the other profiles as well. I reinstalled SkyRe, but the scripts are lost and I can't remember how I got them to begin with (appreciate if you could tell me). Then, I tried running the game through SKSE executable. It just closed itself immediately. It kept doing this. I tried launching Skyrim Launcher and it ran the game, but with black box on left and right. Then I tried to validate game files. There were 9 missing and it reacquired. Now SKSE is working, but when you go to load the save, it says that Skyrim, the DLC, the Unofficial Patch, etc are missing. I should also mention that I uninstalled the 64bit Java 7 I had and installed the latest Java 32bit (or so I hope) to get it to run either ReProccer or PaMa, which wouldn't spit out a patch because of null point exemption that I'm hoping the 32bit fixes. I'm not sure if I should have done something after installing Java. I couldn't get PaMa to run because I couldn't find a .jar file in the path I was supposed to point the executable to. (Not great directions on PerMa site and I'm half an idiot to begin with.) Further... I went into the Modify Executable for SKSE to see if the path was wrong and I find a bizarre change that I didn't make (that I can see). Binary: D:\Secondary Steam Library\steamapps\common\Skyrim\skse_loader.exe Start In: C:\Users\Erin\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Skyrim\mods\Perkus Maximus - Maximum Perk Overhaul\SkyProc Patchers\T3nd0_PatchusMaximus The Start In is what I had just configured in the new profile for PaMa. Why has it applied itself to SKSE? I started a New Executable from scratch. I can't understand this. I keep finding this weird bleed through and I don't know why it's happening. I'm guessing it's normal that, when you uncheck a mod in one profile, it unchecks in all the others too? Or when you remove a mod in a new profile, it removes it from all the older ones too? What I don't think is normal is for the executable path of SKSE to have changed to the new one I just created. Or in the game, the files get messed up. For instance, when I started Wylandriah's Quest to find her 3 objects that spawns the satchels in the 3 locations that weren't there before...I now start completely new games and the satchels are always there, in the locations without ever having spoken to Wylandriah or even gone to Riften. How can that happen? Mo2 is supposed to prevent that kind of corruption I thought? Can someone please make sense of this?

I personally love SkyRe. With Reproccer you have so much control and can tweak the values of skill gain, perks per level, and so on. It's a much better experience when you can't get 30 levels from skill grinding. Now Alchemy and Smithing can't be spammed. I like the perk trees more than Ordinator. They are incredibly immersive and you can really rp a character with several perk trees. Speechcraft and Alchemy have new ways to benefit a thief. Sneak can benefit a mage. You get a lot of combos you wouldn't normally, and it's much more involved imo. Wayfarer gives you a hunter build and you can make traps. Alchemy lets you learn to poison them. Enchanting lets you make exploding elemental arrows. You really branch out more and learn new skill trees to enhance your character. Forgotten Magic Redone lets you rp as a certain type of spell caster, i.e. Druid, Warlock, Electromancer, Mystic. You level up the spells with use too, which lets you add great features to the spells. It also adds rings that benefit the spells. Wintersun Faiths adds incredibly immersive roleplaying by letting you worship the Aedra, Daedra and other deities. You get new shrines across Skyrim and new buffs from shrines. As you pray and follow the tenets of your god, you grow in favor and unlock great buffs and powers. Being a devotee of Azura reduces magic resistance of enemies within 40 feet, based on favor. Mehrunes burns your enemies and they explode for incredible damage.

MO2 problem with mods overwriting game files??
Darklustre replied to Darklustre's question in Mod Organizer Support
So can you tell me if problems with the ini might be causing all my problems? Not just the stuttering, and suddenly submerging like in water, mining ore and suddenly hitting an anvil, but also NPCs doing tasks in the middle of the room instead of at the alchemy lab or enchanter, sitting in the middle of the air, sleeping in chairs and the animals falling from the sky? -
MO2 problem with mods overwriting game files??
Darklustre replied to Darklustre's question in Mod Organizer Support
No, I don't think you did. You said to delete my inis, and that meant to me the thing you had me open up in MO2. I didn't know there was a difference between doing it through MO and through the file location. -

MO2 problem with mods overwriting game files??
Darklustre replied to Darklustre's question in Mod Organizer Support
What would I do to replace my whole Skyrim ini with the default in case other problems exist? I think there might be other problems. I'm trying to use Reproccer and I've successfully used it before, but now it's not working. You're supposed to enable the settings in the Reproccer in the ini file and I can't any of the settings. My ini file seems to be missing every section of the reproccer. I'm really confused. Does this look like a normal ini file? MO2 problem with mods overwriting game files??
Darklustre replied to Darklustre's question in Mod Organizer Support
I'm not sure if I've ever run vanilla Skyrim. I'm guessing I did long, long ago. I do have the DLCs as non-MO. Mod Organizer is in it's own folder. Do you have any thoughts on the animals jerking up into the air and falling to their deaths, or the stuttering? I've searched it several times and I get something about frame rates but the fixes have never worked. Do you have any thoughts about Steam not letting me check the box that lets me access Steam during play? That's a big pain ita. -
MO2 problem with mods overwriting game files??
Darklustre replied to Darklustre's question in Mod Organizer Support
Thanks for your response. Your explanation was really helpful. Thanks. But let me make something clear, when I installed Snow City in one profile, it was working. I went to make another profile and that was where I messed around with other expansions. It broke Snow City and all the other profiles were broken even without me having added other expansions there? I can't get it to work again even after completely removing it from my game, downloads, etc, and reinstalling it? When I added this mod to kill all essentials, it was somehow installed to all other profiles and changed those games? I would have thought I would have had had to install the mod to the other profile and activate it before it would change the other profiles. I have version 2.4.4. I wonder if my problem is an older SKSE? It says I'm using version 1.2 . I get a lot of stuttering around water, flickering water, animals being jerked up into the air, mining can have you suddenly hitting an anvil, etc. I haven't found a good tutorial on how to update it with MO2 yet, but it's my next project. My installation folder is in D: Secondary Steam Library. No I haven't used NMM or Vortex while using MO2. I have verified game files recently because all of a sudden I can't access Steam when I'm gaming and I've gone in and tried clicking the box that lets you access Steam, but it won't click. Someone told me to verify integrity but that didn't help. -
MO2 problem with mods overwriting game files??
Darklustre replied to Darklustre's question in Mod Organizer Support
I said two posts ago that it was set to 0. I'm not sure how the ini got changed. The mod couldn't have done that? I would still like to know why the Snow City mod became broken in this, and all other profiles because of trying it with other Windhelm expansions in one profile. I thought profiles couldn't be altered by what you do in a different one, but that's happened. I also have one profile that is set to letterbox and I can't get it out of letterbox. I'm wondering if I have something wonky with my MO2. -

Oh I see. It's set to 0. So that mod did actually change the game files then since it worked fine right before? -
