  1. I had a big problem with the map so I had to redo the map-related things. I re-merged WLSO without the paper map plugin and I'm getting a Navmesh error. Tried a few times (hence WLSO2) What is it about? https://i.imgur.com/bA94uQf.jpg
  2. Meh, can't edit the post anymore, feels spammy, my apologies. I'm impatient when I share findings :< So final conclusions: The thing that breaks the saving option is Reqtifying CR patches and WLSO (can't check separately due to masters but I doubt it's about WLSO). It's okay to Reqtify everything THEN turn on the CR patches, the bug doesn't happen. The moment I use Reqtificator when they're ticked in the load order stuff goes wrong. Why? I don't know. But maybe this will be of some use to you. Question from me would be - is it okay to turn them on post Reqtification? ## Also I don't have the ice penguin map .esp, it never had one for me. Is that okay?
  3. Okay so the only things I got left unchecked are: - CR patches (3 of them) - Dual Sheath Redux - Requiem patchs Everything else is in, Reqtified and working. Makes me believe some patch doesn't like being Reqtified. Is that a possibility?

Okay so I copied the profile and: 1. turned off all on my added mods, re-reqtified, tried, still crashing on save 2. turned off everything but HUD merged, WM flora fixes, CATM, NPC Textures Merged, RaceCompatibility and Requiem, re-reqtified and it doesn't crash on save Picked totally random mods to stay just so Reqtificator had something to do. So this tells me that it's not any of my left-side mods as I left them all checked on. So body replacers, meshes, textures, animations and some plugin-less script mods don't cause this. That means that the cause likely can be found. I'll try to check stuff in bulks now. Got some work to do anyway so can do it in the background. I'm really curious what's up and worried about install's stability if the bug is present from the get go. I'll report back with any findings. SkyUI not guilty. I've read somewhere it could cause such issues, but nope, not this time. Falskaar and LECM merge also okay.

I asked about it here, but someone just said the images are deleted so I went and found this: Followed the MO-specific advice and didn't copy the files - left them in respective folders to reduce the mess. Hid the .esps by moving them to "optional ESPs" by using MO's option. This is my configuration in images: https://imgur.com/a/ydDJV

S'all good, life gets busy :) We've been trying to n00b-solve our issues in the meanwhile even with moderate success :p Anyhow, I console-killed one character, made a fresh game, saved and went to challenge the Solitude cow to a duel to see if I will crash if I save during combat - didn't, at least not this time. JD, if you'll need something checked/some data/log/whatever let us know, I'm sure one of us will drop by and cooperate. It's a strange and annoying issue, wonder what could've gone wrong for both of us.
  7. @sad_mad I don't know how it is for you, but in my case it looks like I'd have to do the kill trick every time I boot the game up. Something is definitely broken :( RS Children work fine, by the way. Didn't require any fiddling to appear in case someone wondered in the future.
  8. Pffft, that actually did the trick for me too. I killed a character from some other save and then I could save on that save AND on a brand new game. Baffling, but good find haha. Probably unrelated, but doing it this way seems to cause Requiem scripts to run first when starting the new game, they don't wait for the character to complete Skyrim Unbound. I don't know, just mentioning whatever I noticed in case it could be a hint. I would worry still that this is a symptom of a bigger problem that will hit when least expected, in 10 levels or something. But yea, solid temporary fix there, Mister/Miss :P
  9. Solitude looks beautiful :D I'm not sure the cow will be there on new save, actually, forgot if I checked on the old or new. But it's not an issue, everything else looks 100% in place in other towns too so whatever, if it stays I'll accept it like an ugly baby. CTDs, on the other hand, a bit too ugly :P That option is just logging, I don't think it makes any difference aside of showing you what the program did at the end in some log file. I tried redoing the patch with the only-needed-masters option, but that also sounds inconsequential. Same effect anyway. The problem must lie somewhere deeper, especially if it returned for you.
  10. What values did you change? Though I didn't crash at RaceMenu. I Reqtified and FNIS'd again but the crash on save still happens :< Other than that game seems to start out bug-free. I still have that cow instead of a market stand and flying fish in Solitude though, lol. Do you have it too? Everything else looks fine so far. But this save-crash I don't know what to do with. I Googled and Googled but no luck. I always waited for all the scripts to initialize before trying, I tried Quick Save and Manual save. Tried in town, tried also after leaving it, on old (from before Reqtificator) and new saves. Always just crash.
  11. Okay, that worked. But the save issue persists, instant crash on saving. Do you have any idea what could possibly be causing it or how to find out? :( Checked - it's the Requiem for the Indifferent.esp :< When I check it off I can save the game (it flashes briefly, as if a camera was taking a photo, what's that effect? Can it be related?)
  12. What is a deli jet? Some other name for Relinker? Is it possible that the saving doesn't work for this reason or is it a separate problem?
  13. Well, it doesn't eliminate some error :P Just found where it might be. Good that it happens to both of us, maybe the solution will be easier to find than some mysterious mistake somewhere along the way. We couldn't have both made the same obscure derp. Also, it seems that my game crashes when I try to save it. Can travel from city to outside, create a new character with Skyrim Unbound, but saving causes a crash. Strange and worrisome :< That plus the ReLinker folder issues. Guess we'll have to wait for someone in the know to arrive and take pity on us :P
  14. I'll join you on the donkey bench. After carefully going over the finishing steps it crashes for me too on the main menu :p The game ran when I unticked the "Relinker Output". No idea why, obviously, but narrowed it down a little maybe.
  15. Lol nevermind, it actually says "all three as in the image below", brain fart. My apologies. Um, sad_mad, have you configured the .inis the way the guide recommends? I think you can turn the Bethesda logo with a setting. Not that it would prevent a crash, but maybe you've missed some step there that could help you? Other than that what comes to mind are the crash fixes, ENBoost and similar things, but the guide covers those too so you probably have them installed and working?
  16. Small hitch at the last step. "Run Reqtificator, Click Other Settings and check all three options as in the image below, then click "Create Patch" and let it work." There is no image. Could someone tell me which should I check/uncheck?
  17. I think I can answer #2 for you. It does matter, it's the install order and files above overwrite assets from files below (for instance textures or meshes, but also .esp files in case of patches and updates).   18. Thank you for the answers, did as advised. Then I launched the game to see if the body mods work okay but damn, Requiem got smart. Told me to gtfo the game and go over its finishy-thingies before I can do anything :D I think last I played it didn't have such idiot prevention mechanisms in place yet.
  19. Forgive me one last installation question (I hope). I'm finishing the merges, load order is sorted, everything seems to be okay, I have just one doubt. Earlier on you said that it's okay to pick different character visual mods, which I did. But I noticed that CR Patch requires the NPC Retextures merge. Will it be okay with the "NPC Overhaul" + "Ethereal Elves Overhaul" inside only? I don't know what it means to esmify it, I mean I know it becomes an .esm plugin, but I don't know the reason and if there's some connection between this and Windsong thing (also CR patch lists .esp as its master, the only one missing left). On top of it there's that part with NPC restoration. Hence I wonder how to proceed.
  20. Another small issue arose, though this time weirder one. From the manual: "Open Tes5Edit Load only RDO - VendorSaleDelayGone - Patch.esp Right click on RDO - VendorSaleDelayGone - Patch.esp and click Clean Masters Click the [X] in top right corner of the window Unckeck Backup at the bottom Click [OK]." Tried to do it, but nothing happens. I don't get any error or anything, just when I close TeSEdit it doesn't want to save the plugin and the masters are not cleared. Tried several times, no luck o.O
  21. I made sure to close it yea, even looked for it in the processes tabs in case there was some ninja instance of it somewhere, as unlikely as that is. Nope. Tried to paste stuff in and tried to copy the file, delete it, open MO without any, with just blank, anything. Nothing worked. I'll just sort the things manually using your new list as a guide, thanks for posting it. Brute force is the best force, isn't it.
  22. Stupid issue today, but I can't seem to Google it... I cannot use the provided loadorder.txt, MO just ignores it and then overwrites it. I even tried to make the file read only for a moment to force it, but no luck. Can't seem to make it acknowledge the change... Does anyone know what could be causing this?

  24. Will do that, thanks. I'll also bite on the Skyrim Unbound as much as it pains me (:P) and try fabricate the first quest by in-game means and made up restraints .-.
  25. It's not that I think you don't know what you're doing, only wondered if maybe there was a reason to NOT allow Legacy to create the rooms for Bad Gremlin's stuff. I'd rather just ask than make some uninformed call ;) If I'm to get bugs at least I want to know I got them for something worthwhile. I have learned to make patches to carry over visual changes from items to Requiem. Maybe it will allow me to understand how to patch RS Children for the mod and just let all new children from other mods sport their vanilla potato faces/add Rustic Children for those. Hmm. Feels like it could be doable, might be completely wrong, but will see about it. It's just looks so probably the worst case scenario is children will look like a pile of cow dung somehow.
