Complete Noob at Merging ?

Hi there... took me 3 Days to get to the merging part of this guide and I'm stuck. I can not even merg the first thing...again sorry this is my first time.

 

I move the the *.esp to be merged to the bottom (right Pane) this is the four esp's needed for "bathing in skyrim".

I open Mod Merger from MO.

I deselect everything and choose the last four items in the list.

 

then the Ok Button I still greys out and there are a few things in Red .....

 

What do I do please help.

....Big Lol i',m an idiot on the first plugin selection screen I had to select everything...(not deselect anything).
