The reason I ask is because Rebirth Monster - SIC Patch.esp is not included in the Fomod for Revenge of The Enemies 2016 Patches

i must admit that i am not 100% sure on this. I can't check at the moment my daughter is using the main machiine for her homework that she has left very late as usual.

Edit: looking in TES5Edit it looks like both Rebirth Monster - SIC Patch.esp and Rebirth Monster - HLE SIC Patch.esp both pretty much covers the same things so I say we dont need Rebirth Monster - SIC Patch.esp. If someone with better knowledge then me knows differently then please say so.

Edit 2: I have a question out to the mod author about this as i am a little unsure about this

Great news , Interesting NPC updated to 3.18 and Vigor 3.0!  :woot:

already updated Vigor didn't know interesting NPC's had been updated.

you might want to check the chnage log for other things i have tweked today.

I have actually been able to just sit down and play the game today few annoying thinsg but early levels so hey ho

One thing i am finding really, rerally annoying is the movement speed from Weapons and armors attributes.

FPS is 99% of the time around 60FPS (it does drop in a few plays but i find it perfectly playable) no CTD no ILS; was able to play for about 5 hours today.

so things are stable (at least for now)

EDIT: Ok just heard back from the Mod Author of Revenge of The Enemies Pacthes and he say we only need Rebirth Monster - HLE SIC Patch.esp So I can now tell my Wife that I was right and she was wrong lol.

Darth, so you chose Vigor's Movement tweaks instead of "Attack Commitment". Do they work in similar fashion?

the seem to yes.

what i have found myself doing is disabling WAA Realistic encumbrance system just so i can move normally; and swithcing out of my heavy armor just so i can move quicker.

so i actaully currently have 2 set of armor one light one heavy and swicthing between the using the group hotkeys in SKYUI

Did you consider adding a mod called "Combat Behavior Improved"? it basically lets one to cancel own attack in mid swing by blocking. IMHO makes combat much more fluid and dynamic (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67017/?).Brodual mentioned it in one of his videos (https://youtu.be/EnBvi4eLmbU?t=151)

Hi Darth, i was just looking into your ini edits and i saw a line in skyrimprefs that draw my attention :

SkyrimPrefs.ini Tweaks

[Controls]

bMouseAcceleration=0
Remove the following fMouseHeadingSensitivity=0.0500
Replace with fMouseSensitivity=0.0125

isn't the third line missing the "Heading" in it ?

no this edit is correct taken from here: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/8987-skyrim-project-ini-spini-by-doubleyou/?p=149880

it does discount that the orginal post could be wrong.

The original post is wrong and I just corrected it. The setting should be fMouseHeadingSensitivity. This is the copy 'n paste version of the Controls section in my SkyrimPrefs.ini showing where I originally commented out the setting from spINI with the original  value. I seem to be developing dyslexia as I grow older so I have to triple check what I read and write (commonly omitting words between reading and writing, and reversing numbers).

[Controls]
bAlwaysRunByDefault=1
bGamePadRumble=1
bInvertYValues=0
bMouseAcceleration=0
fGamepadHeadingSensitivity=1.0000
;fMouseHeadingSensitivity=0.0500
fMouseHeadingSensitivity=0.0125
bUseKinect=0
