SRLE Extended

Recommended Posts

I could switch SRLE Extended from DSR to All geared up as that does solve the issue my end but I think that will require a new start and I am loathed to restart yet again. This issue only presents itself after running DRS Patcher. I did think of adding interesting NPC to DSR block list and see if that help things but I can seem to find a block list for DSR.

What setting Dyndolod did you choose?

I chose medium setting.

Regarding DSR, maybe Neo can make a custom patch so that script would only apply to player or player and followers? All Geared Up is quite stable, it has a few bugs but nothing gamebreaking. Try to duplicate a profile and add to it AGU to compare performance with DSR. For dual sheaths it does require meshes from DSR.

That would be nice if he did and I am sure would help this current issue I am having, I don't consider the problem game breaking just annoying. I would do it myself but I have 0 skills in scripting.

I found these posts and it got me thinking that the problem might not be just script lag:

I'm not running Summerset or Interesting NPCS but following their logic I tested this by changing Legacy of the Dragonborn (my largest esp) to an ESM and sure enough my load times are normal again and the skill menu lag is almost completely gone with both DynDOLOD and DSR running.

*Not that I recommend this (someone with more experience should chime in). I might have just broken three things to fix one but it's food for thought.

yes food for throught indeed this was occuring with summerset lsle before I removed then it had it with thunderchild which again I removed and now it's back. The mod I have on top are morrowloot, Warburgs 3d paper map and Unoffical ELFX patch so the only mod out of then that have scripts is morrowloot. I jus find it odd the this is only presenting itself after DSR Patcher has been run and the esp activiated.

Edit: Ok I can now rule at Morrowloot as the cause of this.

so as a little test I deactivated interesting NPCs and all mods requirng it as a master and Ordinator and all mods requiring that as a master, then re-ran DSR Patcher. Then tested the lag into the skill menu. I am unhappy to report no change the lag is still there. I am now at a loss as to where to go next on this issue other then replacing DSR with something else (So answers on a postcard to Darth is loosing his mind and has finally cracked).

Well you can try to disable half of mods, see if there is a menu lag, then activate half of disabled mods and so on(for example we have 100plugins, disable 50, see if here is lag, them enable 25,then 12.....) until you find the one that contributes to the lag the most.

I am going to have to do is take my test profile right back to start and activate SRLE Extended mods little by little until I find the mod or mods causing this (this might take awhile) but i will not be defeated.
