Plus my FPS is much worse, and where I was getting smooth performance before, I'm getting more CTDs and stuttering. Hmmmmmm......... Believe it or not this is a guard with a torch. Can you see the guard? Hahahaha! Edited for grammar. Then I must of been wrong about what was causing this. suggest you re-run spINI as the benefits actaully out weigh it's current issues. I may have pulled from my guide for now but I am still personally using it.

I did some testing on a brand new character with just ELFX and LAL installed, and the lights still do that funky on/off thing. Not all of them, just certain braziers.

Darth_mathias Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 (edited) Just some small tweaks to both SRLE Extended CR and SRLE Extended MLU CR today should of upload these on Monday when I was updating the Conflcit Resoultion guide but I forgot. Edit: Ok finsihed NPC section for the the Morrowloot bit of the CR Guide now to work what the hell Lexy did with Levelled List and Worldspace. Edited April 14, 2016 by Darth_mathias
Darth_mathias Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 (edited) hi eveyone heard from DoubleYou he recommends the following tweak found the the Skrimprefs.ini fInteriorShadowDistance=3000 Can't update the guide at the moment the usual post 5 O'Clock server non responive nonsense I'll do it when I can Edited April 14, 2016 by Darth_mathias
DoubleYou Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I will say that the only on-off lighting I have observed is indoors, caused by fInteriorShadowDistance being set too high. If you have outdoor on-off lighting, something else is at play.
cstarkey42 Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I always found this guide useful: Skyrim Graphics Guide
Alluistras Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Fairly convinced my INI's are good. Would anyone else be willing to check out the two braziers I mentioned before just so I know I'm not losing my mind? The ones near the Whiterun stables, to either side of the carriage? Stand next to them, turn your camera. Move away from them at little ways and back, and see if they keep their light. Has to be done at night.

Darth_mathias Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 (edited) I can confirm that the flickering smoke issue on the two braziers in whiterun described by Alluistras is being caused solely by ELFX (or more precisely ELFX Exteriors) even on a vanillia profile both with or without spINI run on the ini files and with no other mods installed flickering of the smoke occurs. I have no recommendation on how to fix at the moment as no other mods conflict in XEdit with these braziers. Edited April 14, 2016 by Darth_mathias

Its not so bad if you are willing to do your own CR. You will need to remove Book Covers SkyrimBook Covers Skyrim - Lost LibraryMoonpath to Elsweyr I also removed Interesting NPCs to offset the string count impact from Legacy of the Dragonborn.
sm0kem Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 How is it from performance and stability perspective?
DoubleYou Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 The flickering can be lessened by lowering your iMaxDesired under Particles to 250 or so, although it will still remain. I am not quite sure why this happens
