When installing Enhanced Blood Textures - SRLE Extended, does it make a difference if the texture dependencies are removed first or after, from SR Conflict Resolution?

If that doesn't matter, I wonder if it would be better to keep a separate profile for SR Conflict Resolution to keep the original SRLE install intact.

it doesn't matter when you do it. I actaully do have 2 copies of Neo's CR 1 with EBT and a without that way I can switch profiles without any hassle. I also date when i downloaded the CR as that helps me keep track when Neo decied to update.

Hi Darth,

Can you please include inside SRLE Ext the new version of "the choice is yours"? The newest version involves only one plugin (legendary) instead of the 3 of the older version. The SRLE's installation instructions tell to use the legendary version of the mod but the CR is not updated and recognizes only the older version.

I asked Neo about it but received no reply.

I was thinking that maybe you could instruct us on how to remove the old mod from CR and include the new version inside CR Ext. and inside SRLE Ext

Thanks

But Neo had already included the latest version of the choice is yours in his CR. When was the last time you updated?

About 10 days ago. The .esp included in cr was still the old version.

so you're asay the CR you Download still had The choice is yours Dawnguard and The Choice is your Dragonborn? If it did then that's werid cos I have redownloaded today and it only has the choice is your.esp.

Sorry if I do not reply directly to your posts, I cannot see how to do it!

Anyway.... the new .esp from TCIY has the word legendary in it. I believe the one inside cr is the lld .esp

Okay just so I have this correct the process of removing 3dnpc.esp from the CR is

Remove all records associated with the orange 3DNPC.esp tag which there 22 such records

Clean masters

save and exit?

As it seems that even doing as you said leaves the Interesting NPCs as a masteralso some Resolutions I could not locate.

my CR for refrence

I have done that all i succesfully Removed EBT from the Base CR but I am unsure of what is going on with interesting NPCs this is one of the last things I need to do D:

Also some discrepancy in the records

I cannot locate this one

0000003C Tamriel \ 00000D74 <Cell> \ Persistent \ 000A38A5 Placed NPC <LvlAnimalMarshPredator>
  • Conflict Resolution: Use Record from 3DNPC.esp
  • Problem Solved Changes from Interesting NPC needed to be forwarded.

As well as these ones not only being in sublock 9 instead of sub block 7 but there being two extra records.

I even re downloaded the CR thinking it might be out of date

Block 6\ Sub-Block 7 \ 000152A8 <CragwallowSlope01> \ Persistent \ 000C1D02 Placed Object <DefaultTorch01NS>
  • Conflict Resolution: Use Record from EnhancedLightsandFX.esp then move Record Flags from 3DNPC.esp
  • Problem Resolved - Changes from Enhanced Lights and FX and Interesting NPC's needed to be merged.
Block 6\ Sub-Block 7 \ 000152A8 <CragwallowSlope01> \ Temporary \ 00053EDE Placed Object <FXfireWithEmbersHeavy>
  • Conflict Resolution: Use Record from EnhancedLightsandFX.esp then move XESP - Parent Reference Flag from 3DNPC.esp
  • Problem Resolved - Changes from Enhanced Lights and FX and Interesting NPC's needed to be merged.
 Block 6\ Sub-Block 7 \ 000152A8 <CragwallowSlope01> \ Temporary \ 000C1D03 Placed Object <DefaultTorch01NS>
  • Conflict Resolution: Use Record from EnhancedLightsandFX.esp then move XESP - Parent Reference Flag from 3DNPC.esp
  • Problem Resolved - Changes from Enhanced Lights and FX and Interesting NPC's needed to be merged.

In Neo's Conflict Resolution page, Final Steps heading he gives instructions to perform "Sort Masters" in TES5Edit.

He also states about SR Conflict Resolution.esp: The location should be directly before the Bashed Patch, 0.esp file.

#1 Should we perform "Sort Masters" for *SRLE Conflict Resolution (SRLE Extended Version), *SRLE Extended Conflict Resolution and *SRLE Extended MorrowLoot Ultimate Patch (if using MLU) when they are added to the mod list?

#2 Where should the Bashed Patch.esp be placed? After all the patches I mention in #1?

#1 yes sort masters for both

2# the bashed pacth need to be placed After Scarcity - 8x Loot Rarity.esp (this get merged into the bashed patch but place it there when creating) and before DynDoLod.esp

I will again get Darth to add notes about these things when he gets home from work in the morning.

I'm assuming they can be sorted in one "session" of TES5Edit, then save and exit, right?

(sorry for the newbie question, I just want to make sure)

i recommend doing one at a time. ie Load one sort save and exit then load the other sort then save and exit

In SR:LE Neo says to select all plugins at once and then use Sort Masters. I usually do this too.. not sure if it makes any difference but it sure saves time :p
