Question

Posted

I just finished installing section 2.K (Clutter & Miscellaneous) and am now getting the following results. I got these results last time, too--always the coin bags and alchemy tables. Why am I getting this? How do I fix this?

Come to think of it, I think I did reuse a few, specifically the ones that aren't available on Nexus. Started downloading them, and then realized I already had them. Can I just redownload and reinstall them, making sure they're in the right place in the left pane afterward?

Redownloaded and reinstalled... and nothing has changed. Coin bags and alchemy tables still... corrupted? Is that what causes that effect? In an earlier thread on this subject, I was asked about system specs. Here they are:CPU: AMD FX-6300

GPU: ATI/AMD Radeon HD 7750/R7 250E

8 GB DDR3 SDRAM

Windows 8.1

Strange...I just redownloaded Skyrim Redesigned to check the files. They're fine...nothing wrong with them. You have an ENB or any lighting mods installed?

EDIT:

This happening on both old and new saves?

I test every phase with a new game, from the cart ride forward.

Hey, if I just reinstall Skyrim Redesigned, but without the alchemy tables and money bags, would that mess any future STEPs up (such as the STEP patch at the end)?

Nope, that was going to be my next suggestion since I don't have a clue what would be causing this issue beside your hardware/drivers. Just reinstall without the table and bags. You won't get the pretty tables but perhaps you can find another mod that suits your tastes for those.

Hello, I also have OP's problem, and what I noticed is that it only happens when I set the Texture Quality (from Skyrim options) to low or medium, on high the tables and money bags are ok. I have a non gaming graphics card: GT 630, I only get 30 fps at medium textures and therefore I can't play on high. The only solution that I found is to rename alchemyworkbench01.dds and moneybag01.dds to something like alchemyworkbench01.dds.stop, moneybag01.dds.stop so the mod doesn't load them anymore.

I don't know if this is the best fix, but maybe this information helps people who still have this problem.
