Mod Organizer Spotty Downloading, Won't Log In

I'm having a very frustrating issues with a great tool. Mod Organizer worked just fine for a few hours and then I started having problems downloading consistently from Nexus.

 

Some mods download just fine and complete with no problem. The majority of mods stay at 0% for a few seconds until Mod Organizer pops up with an Error: Download Failed. Server Reported:. The download then immediately pauses and attempts at resuming it prompt the same error. This happens in both Chrome and Firefox. Sometimes when a file fails like this, the Mod Organizer replicates the file in the Downloads pane. The duplicate file is also paused. Attempts to delete the second file report a Failed to delete <path><mod>/7z.unfinished (obviously attempting to refer to an already deleted, unfinished file).

 

If Mod Organizer is not set to automatically log in to Nexus, the failure happens in another way. When a download is queued, Mod Organizer will prompt for a username/password. Though the combination is confirmed to be correct, the program will attempt to log in for about a minute and then display two error messages on top of each other: Server time-out and Failed to log in.

 

Regardless of what options are selected for log level in settings, the most recent file I can find in the Mod Organizer's log folder is named mo_interface and reports these two things:

I've also tried to use the .47 NMM version workaround, to no avail. What's happening here?

Quite sure. I even went as far as copy & pasting each of them from a notepad doc for both the website and MO to make sure I wasn't fat fingering anything.

 

Glad to hear I'm not alone though.

Well, at least it sounds like it is a Nexus problem and not a MO problem.

Yeah me too, boy sure am glad I am not alone and furthermore that it ain't some phantom problem I have to figure out how to fix. But I have been having this problem the day Daniel uploaded the Lost Library on nexus, I have had to download everything manually since. Today I was trying to 'check all for update' and it told me login failed - server forbidden. And I did re check my credentials even though I haven't touched them since I installed 2.2.9, and still same thing. So, you guys who know that it is a nexus problem, is it safe for me to call it that after 2 days of this problem?

Weird... I haven't had any issues. I've been redownloading all of the STEP mods plus the ones from REGS and SR:LE for the past week (downloading some now too) and haven't had any issues downloading manually or through MO.

Well... it looks like Neovalen and a few others are having issues as well. So maybe it's locational? I'm in the Southeast USA.

I'm in Northeast, Michigan to be exact. I usually use the Washington, D.C. premium server. Maybe I should try a different server? Think that might help?

I can download manually but if I choose download with manager MO will indicate that there's no available server. I live in Greece.

I'm in the UK I can download in both MO and manually, but the download pauses in MO frequently and wont restart. Looks like there is a glitch in the system that is affecting different servers differently.

Same issue here. MO wont download any nxm links from nexus.  All attempts end with "...Error downloading... Server forbidden" and sometimes "Check password" (although i've checked, changed and updated my password a dozen times to confirm).  I'im in the midwest U.S. for reference
