Wow. Just wow.

 

 

 

This simple mod adds a container to RiverWood Trader's first floor, making its content available between multiple games/characters.

 

Initiated on April 7th 2014 (a few hours ago), this is my first Skyrim mod ever.

 

First build (v 0.1.1) only provide one single container, but later updates may add more of those containers to various locations, so you don't have to return to RiverWood to use the container.

 

In a later update, an external application may allow content sharing over the internet, between friends. One issue have to be addressed regarding that feature before making it available (in a few words: sync problem when one player's container is currently opened while another makes changes to its local container).

Skyrim almost goes MMORPG...

Problem with the mod at the moment is it doesn't allow transfer of enchanted items through the chest between saves.  The enchantments disappear if you do and the item reverts to its original state.  

 

In other words, its pointless at the moment, because you can just player.additem regular items if you need it.

 

Great idea and the author plans to add this function, but doesn't know how to do it technically.
