After following the whole guide...

20 fps. Random Freezing. Takes about a solid three minutes to boot up after I die. Did I do something wrong? The game looks great, but I don't think I have ever played anything so unstable. I can't walk from cell to cell without a crash.

System:
Processor: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 4.0GHz (4.2GHz Turbo)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+
Memory:  G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Voltage
Video Card: Radeon HD 7950 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP
Hard Drive: 500GB HDD (OS)
Hard Drive: 480GB SSD (GAMES)

I took very special care to follow the guide properly. Anyone have any tweaks to help me out? I have even used the hotkey to disable the ENB....still get bad frames and freezes.
I think a good example would be, when I go to a forge and scroll through my recipes, it will freeze.

Yes, you did something wrong, especially if you have bad frames with ENB turned off. I am on a bit more powerful of a machine but I'm playing at 1600p with 30+ fps at pretty much all times and zero crashes. Please post load order, etc to help troubleshoot.

Make sure your SKSE.ini is configured as per the guide for the memory patch also.

I don't mean to be rude but it looks like your load order IS incorrect... specifically the last 4 plugins. Wet and Cold - Holidays shouldn't be after the patches, etc and SPERG should be in the proper order by DLC i.e. SPERG.esp SPERG DG.esp SPERG DB.esp and also not on the bottom. They are backwards right now....

The VRAM eating is caused by ENBoost... and it's supposed to be like that as it shifts much of the load to your video card instead of main memory. Memory patch can prevent freezing as well as CTD, I would still make sure its configured properly. I need to head to bed but please post as much information as you can.

Remove these from your SKSE.ini as they are not correct.

Enable=1MemBlock1=512MemBlock2=256

Be sure to post your Skyrim.ini, SkyrimPrefs.ini, and Modlist.txt from your SR profile dir under mod organizer as well.

That's weird. You are right about the load order. Just ran boss and it synchs up with what you are saying, except for the Wet and Cold. I think I couldn't get BUM to put it into the right spot, let me double check the guide. Fixed mod order minus Wet and Cold Holiday - https://pastebin.com/D8AqnWEA

Done. The memory patch (from STEP) said to add those lines to my skse.ini and to overwrite the .dll from the archive provided into my skyrim folder. I backed up the original. Should I restore the original as well?

Start a new game now that you've fixed those items. I obviously don't have SPERG installed but somehow doubt that would cause an issue. If issues persist post your Skyrim.ini, SkyrimPrefs.ini, and Modlist.txt from your MO profile directory. I really am going to bed now though... 1am and work in the morning.

Thanks, I will do so and hit up a forge. If it crashes again I will post the info. Thanks Neo!

Ran fine for a while, then froze when I pressed the inventory button...

Maybe you didn't activate the FNIS and that is why it is freezing? "This involves the use of an external patcher GenerateFNIS_for_Users.exe"

I have reached the Audio Overhaul in Neo's guide, haven't done any conflict resolution yet... But so far i am stable, the game looks fascinating, and my FPS in taxing areas is in the mid 30s, climbing up to high 40s in the less demanding areas. My FPS in interiors is ranging between 50-60... I am using full Vividian ENB (high settings optional).

Let me add, that apart from the first 15 secs after i log in, i have 0 stuttering.

Sounds to me like your memory patch is not working. Sheson made a little mod called Memory Block Log which will track your memory through the game. You should try that and look at the log after a crash - it will quickly show if you had a memory issue. If it reads 256 you did not allocate enough memory to the patch (or the patch is not even working at all). If it reads 512 you either need to allocate another block or cut back on me emery hogging applications. Gopher did a vid on it a month or two ago. Inventory or crafting crashes are usually do to not enough memory and too many items. The other issue that can cause crashes in them is if you have a corrupt ground mesh (*GO.nif usually). If opening your inventory always causes a crash try deactivating mods until you find out which one is causing your issue. You might have installed something wrong (maybe didn't use the FOMOD installer = true when you should have or so etching like that).BTW, it may be too late for you now but it's prudent to periodically start up and run the game while installing masses of mods so if something goes wrong you know which mods are most likely the culprits.
