Only thing I see is to disable vsync... can't specify a frame limit. I'll see if I can find any guides via google.

I'll just leave this here for nvidia users

For the record, setting it to 30fps increases loadtimes massively. You need 32+ for normal loadtimes, so I set it to 35 in inspector. Huge difference. As for nvidia, there are other ways such as ENB (buggy setting sadly), MSI Afterburner (make sure you set it up in the way that works properly with ENB+RCRN), Bandicam etc etc

I use Dxtory and set it at 40 FPS. Works perfect.

I used Dxtory in the past aswell, but sadly it didn't work with ENB 109 or 110. Never tried it with 111 though but have my doubts.

ATI Card users: Get Ray Adam's ATI Tray Tools .

You will need the attached

  • copy the dll into you windows\system32 & windows\sysWOW64
  • run the exe, select test mode, reboot
  • run the exe again, select "Sign a system file", point to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ray Adams\ATI Tray Tools\atitray.sys
  • click OK
  • run the exe again, select "Sign a system file", point to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ray Adams\ATI Tray Toolsatitray64.sys
  • click OK
  • select "Exit">Next
  • reboot
  • away you go.

Now you can remove CCC and use this great tool. Use the Refresh Lock to limit FPS variably at any resolution. ... and a LOT more!

I'll add info to the ATI wiki at some point.
