Random Infinite Loading Screen

Hey there! I have an issue which is very annoying to troubleshoot because it doesn't always happen. Basically, sometimes when I enter an interior cell - I get hit with an infinite black loading screen. The conditions are extremely random and so far only happened to me in two locations, sometimes I can play for an hour and then it happens and sometimes right after I turn on the game.

I've excluded pretty much every mod which modified said cells and it still happens, it also happened without any NPC inside so I can exclude another big batch of mods. If this issue happened to me every single time or at least every other time then I would bother with disabling each mod one by one no matter how irrelevant it is, but if I had to put it in terms of percentages then I'd say it only happens 10% of the time (Entering and leaving multiple times doesn't seem to trigger it either) so I'm trying to think of anything that could possibly cause it.

The point of my post is mostly to ask if infinite loading screens could be caused by running out of RAM. My usage of RAM right before entering this cell is ~12 gb out of 16 gb in total, but maybe there happens some spike in usage right when I enter it.

This kind of issue is pretty much impossible to diagnose, since it's not reproducible.
