Time rate 12 - Required change locations/Mods?

I would like to change the time rate to 12, The days just fly by at 20.  Where are all the locations/Mods that would need to be changed within the guide?

My understanding is that 12 will not break things/quests.  Is this correct?  If it's not a good idea, then no need to list where the changes need to be made.

If you are running the Step build, your timescale is already set to 15 (default is 20). Grass DATA > Wave Period is scaled to match this change as well. We know that 15 is reliable.

I will have to check then, I do not recall setting it to 15.  (Sigh) getting old sucks.  Must have missed something.

It's all set by the Step CR Patch.

Well, that explains it.  Thanks for the heads up.   I'll live with it.  It's slower than 20.
