Nemesis error: Changes in file detected. Engine update is required to be performed

Hello, I'm following the step guide on https://stepmodifications.org/wiki/SkyrimSE:2.3#19-Utilities, when I ran the Nemesis, I got this error:

```

 

I've run the update engine multiple times, but this issue still persist, been trying to google and visit some reddit post but no luck

this is the content of my PatchLog.txt:
