If I had to guess, vanilla one or more BSA meshes files are missing or not being loaded. Probably because the Skyrim.INI is missing its [Archive] entries.

Always happens in the same worldspace, but running "check for errors" on the affected mod in xEdit 4.1.5b finds no errors. The mod had previously been run through xLodGen (latest beta, 106) for Terrain LoD, height map, and occlusion generation. No errors were present in the xLodGen log. I think this actually IS a bug in the mod, not DyndoLod, but I'm not sure how to identify/fix the problem. I'm working with the developer of the mod so if this is fixable on the mod's end I'd like to. (note, the mod version being worked on is not yet public, but I can DM it to you if needed) Logs attached.
