Rozen Posted January 29, 2023 Posted January 29, 2023 Run 2 with .ini edit: it never maxed out the cpu and got stuck at creating texture atlas for DynDOLOD_Tamriel_Glow.dds 1024 x 1024, also when it got stuck there was no background processes running just the main one and stayed around 15% to 20% for CPU and the memory stayed the same. Hope this helps. No texgen or dyndolod outputs installed. Now generate DynDOLOD with the large reference bugs workarounds enabled for that load order. Install the output and start a new game, for example with coc Riverwood from the main menu. Wait for the DynDOLOD initialized successfully message top left, then if things work or not. If there is an issue, post the log and debug log from that generation.

As explained on the first post or my signature, use a file service. As explained on the first post, consider zipping large and/or many files into a single archive.

CPUMipmaps=1 goes into DynDOLOD_SSE.INI - same as for the other settings.

Okay thank you for letting me know, want me to move to the .ini change or do one more without the .ini change to see what happens?

anassaa Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 Hello I am very new to modding so I would like some help if possible. I own Skyrim AE GOG version and when I try to run TexGen and dyndolod, they both try to find the .inis in Skyrim Special Edition instead of Skyrim Special Edition GOG. Is there anything I can do about this? Like direct them to the right folder? Or could I rename the foldier and remove "GOG"? Would it mess things up? Thanks in advance.
