As you may (or may not know) there's a pay per download RTX shader for Skyrim:

Light limit fix may be a good substitute to this costly and performance heavy shader?
I have not a setup ready to test it (sorry!) but it seems to me it's a little bit too shining, with too much pop-up lights, what do you think?
