Required resource file not found

Hi everyone, I've been using DynDOLOD for years and have been using 3.0 for awhile with no issues,  I updated to the newest DynDOLOD 3.0 and the newest DynDOLOD SE Resources 3 today and after uninstalling both the old versions and installing the new, ran TEXGEN64x for SSE with no issues and installed that into my data folder, now when I run DynDOLOD64x SSE it keeps telling me

"required resource file not found meshes\lod\imperial\helgenstoneblock01_lod_0.nif, make sure to install the latest DynDOLOD standalone with matching DynDOLOD resource se archive."

But I've tried reinstalling both again and it keeps giving me that error. Any ideas? I'm not sure what to do at this point. Sorry if this is a common or simple fix.

80070003 - There is a problem with the mentioned path(s)/filename(s). Could be a problem with special characters, too long path etc. or the OS, UAC, antivir etc. denying access

The message still shows E:\Загрузки\... despite you saying you renamed the folder to Latin?

Post log and debug log with Latin paths.

Thank you so much for your help! I'm a little sick right now and my brain is not working at all. The problem with TexGen is solved, but now the problem with DynDOLOD.... The wrhousewind01_dyndolod_child.nif file is not created/missing. I reinstalled all mods: DynDOLOD 3 Alpha, DynDOLOD Resources SE 3 RU, DynDOLOD DLL NG, but no result.

Make sure to install the latest DynDOLOD Standalone with the latest matching DynDOLOD Resources SE archive.

Make sure the archives downloaded and installed completely.

Go through the entire Troubleshooting section. The reported file is part of DynDOLOD Resources SE 3. As the message already explains, install the latest DynDOLOD Resources SE 3. Do not use long outdated translations from somebody else.
