Any idea what would cause this Graphical Issue?

Forgive me if this isn't the correct place to be asking but,

I just started a new play through after installing the guide and i'm experiencing this graphical issue with grass/moss??? (not sure) texture.

What did I do wrong? What mods should I be eliminating to trial and error?

I've been going through and trying to trial and error unactivate mods to see what eventually (maybe) fixes this. I still have not found a solution.

Could DYNDOLOD have something to do with this?

Or something that isn't a mod?

Seems to be on this specific texture of grass/moss. But i can't find what is effecting it. When you get up close the effect kinda fades away to normal. I'll see if I can post a .gif of it.

Going a tiny bit crazy....

I HAVE FOUND THE SOLUTION!

 

I DID NOT DIABLE THE "(TEMP) CATHEDRAL LANDSCAPES" MOD.

It looks like you generated terrain LOD and didn't disable the Cathedral landscapes TEMP mod first. I'm not positive, but I think you will need to regenerate TexGen/DynDOLOD if this is the case ... but maybe not.
