Looping Sound FX - sort of sounds like crackling fire

While im playing eventually a sound bug happens, its just a looping sound fx of crackling fire. It goes away when i turn into a werewolf and turn back but it comes back. Getting rather annoying tbf and turning into a werewolf everytime to fix it just wastes the usage til it recharges. Tried using some mods that fix the magic looping bug but the edits are already included in unofficial sse patch when i checked. Im using apocalypse so im using ocelots recital to auto apply ebonyflesh and tree rings when i enter combat. Any help would be much appreciated
