Winterhold College lod flicker when using STEP build 2.1.0

I haven't generated xLodgen/Texgen/Dynlodod yet so it may be my fault, but I try to jump in and test a game. I coc to the Winterhold and it flickers a lot.
Removing "Just ice" mod will remove the flickering in pic 1 but the flickering still happens in pic 2 and pic 3.
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, please help me

This is expected if you haven't built lod yet, as we use Level32 lod which causes this when it does not exist. In order to test before lod generation, disable the A Clear Map of Skyrim.esp in your load order temporarily.

Yes, that's right. Disable ACMOS, and there is no flickering in the game anymore. Thank a lot.
