How to fix single too dark landscape texture

I just started playing again with my ~2 years old modlist and noticed a weird dark texture running around after Riverwood. Since I'm a bit out of touch with modding could somebody maybe point me in a direction on how I could this single dark landscape texture to get rid of the "shadow" ?? It is "pineforest01" but I don't know what to do... The shadow also moves weirdly when looking in different angles
