Error Message on installing Dyndolod.

Hi,

I'm getting this error meaasge when installing Dyndolod on my PC. All mods are off, except Dyndolod Rescources, Papyrus Utils, Enhanced Vanilla Trees, TextGen_Output.
It has to do with the Soul Cairn in Dawnstar but i was told to leave these alone.

FIX THE ERROR as explained in the help OR PERMANENTLY REMOVE THE BROKEN PLUGIN.
Ignore wrong "advice" to only temporarily disable plugins.
Do not try to circumvent the error message, FIX THE ERROR instead.
