DynDOLOD running into error

Whenever tried to generate LOD for Skyrim Legendary, DynDOLOD always ran into error of 'list index out of bounds (-1)'. Then I took look at its log file and found DynDOLOD has the behaviour to load all mods or .esp files can found in the game folder, which, at least in this case should not be as there are mods disabled, edited, fixed, or merged into other enabled mods for the game.

Is there a simple way to let DynDOLOD only load what are supposed to be loaded by the game or let users to decide what to load for LOD generation?

Also, the program is using direct hard drive access previlige to read files rather than I suppose go through the soft way like to access files through Windows' explorer or other .COM components. This is not an immediate concern especially guess for most users, but it still could be more delicatedly programmed?

Other than that, it took a week to start from scratch to understand the LOD and the MOD programmes to actually trying to install a MOD appropriately. Is there a straight forward way to get the LOD MOD (e.g. for Skyrim Flora Overhual) installed for Skyrim oldrim?

Also, I still do not quite get the difference of usefulness between DynDOLOD.exe and TexGen.exe? They typically generate the same types of files for LOD. I understand DynDOLOD generates dynamic or animated LOD maybe? But Is TexGen.exe has already generated a completed set of and playable LOD for the game?

The Manual looks confusing especially for anyone who had no experience or conceputal idea in LOD modding. I hope there could be a manual detailing what the video has tried to tutorial and also some useful information to help users tackle with errors and problems by themselves.

DynDOLOD, which is a modified xEdit loads all plugins that are active in plugins.txt exactly as the game. Use a mod manager.

DynDOLOD, which is a modified xEdit, which is programmed in Delphi, uses the file commands offered by the language which are using standard OS file operations AFAIK

I am not sure what part about installing meshes/textures takes a week. Using a mod manager makes it as simple as downloading an archive and simply installing it.

Once the required LOD assets (e.g. the meshes and textures) are installed it takes maybe up to half an hour for DynDOLOD to generate the LOD mod, which is then installed in a minute.

From Quickstart.html: "If a texture replacer is used, consider updating a select list of object LOD textures with TexGen.exe for the load order before running DynDOLOD.exe."

      Hi everyone,
thank you for the great work and the huge effort you're all taking to provide the rest of us with a working and beautiful mod list!
I tried STEP back in 2012 (I think) but failed to get my game to work and now am back to finally play Skyrim.
I used (yes, unsupported) WIP Guide v2.0.0 and I'm not here to ask for a fix, I merely want to point out two irregularities I found.
Maybe I did something wrong, maybe you already found and fixed them but maybe you want to look into it.
I don't dare to touch my finally running mods again for testing as I'm new to this all and I don't want to start my character over again.
First the entrance of a Cave called "Varlais Caverns" up near Arcwind point which says "cleared" for me already though I haven't done anything in it.
Also the actual port doesn't bring me to a place called "Varlais Caverns" but "Rielle" but maybe that's intentional.
Anyway, the landscape of the entrance doesn't fit into the surrounding terrain.
Second I found a glitching fallen tree south of Heljarchen whatever that is.
Finally as I'm here anyway, is this what the water is supposed to look like from afar or did I do something wrong there? Up close and in map view (LOD32?) it looks ok, but otherwise it doesn't look very good from afar for me.
As I said, I don't ask for a fix, it's more to let you know and to ask if it looks suspiciously like I made a mistake.
      Thank you again
      - Tax
EDIT: Think I might should have posted that to SE Guides instead. Sorry ...

...I'm really pissed with this "glitch". It starts when I'm install few mods; not a lot, few! (When the game is totally vanilla I'm not facing this "glitch").
Currently, I have installed VERY FEW mods, following CFS111's Guide here (and I'm on Step6):
      Well... what's the "glitch":

When I'm walking/running/moving OUTDOOR (not while I am interior), the shadows from the ENTIRE world (not just near me), are totally gone - dissapeared! When I'm stopping, all shadows appearing as normal! I thought it was my (quite much tweaked) ini files. So, I deleted them (made backup first) and I created brand new (via Launcher running). No tweaks, just the default ini files that always been created when you running for first time the Launcher...
...but the "glitch" is there, haven't gone!

It's driving me crazy! I can't understand why's this happening... I also update the GPU (nVidia GTX 1070) drivers, nothing changed. I made a new profile in MO2 (without mods, totally vanilla game) and... the "glitch" gone! There isn't any shadows "dissapearing-reappearing". So...? What? I can't installing mods anymore? Because when I'm start installing mods, the "glitch" is coming back...

Here are what I have in nVidia Inspector (perhaps here is the problem?):

Please, can anybody help me to solve this?
It's super annoying, I can't play the damn game like that...
