Help with Dark Lady Lexy's LOTD SE + The Book of UUNP

I would like to install The Book of UUNP plus waylanders no skimpy patch in conjunction with Lexy's guide but, I don't want to make a mistake and mess up my 3 weeks spent on installing the entire guide. I was wondering if any more experienced modders have any input on what should be done to make sure I have as little issues as possible with this endeavour. Thanks in advance.
