Unable to clear "No Game Data on top level" after using ts steps

i am installing my mods with MO after a clean install. I have looked everywhere for this answer. I have several mods (all re-texture mods. Mainly, The "realistic"  set https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60438/? .

 

After downloading the set using the NMM option, i try to install the file in MO i get the error, right click directory and set as directory for every file and still cant clear the error message. any tips would be awesome. i am dying to see "my" Skyrim again.. tia everybody :)

You have to expand the top level to see the folder named: "Data" and invoke the context menu on that folder. The other folder and the readme are not needed.
