Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

Recommended Posts

Question regarding the Alternate Start - Guard Dialog Overhaul patch that was recently setup. For the following instruction, I'm having some odd behavior:

Right-click on Guard Dialogue Overhaul.esp in the right pane and select "Copy as Override into...".

Select AS-GDO Patch.esp and click [OK].

Right-click on the "Conditions" row of AS-GDO Patch.esp and select "Add".

Drag the "MQ102" condition from Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp to the newly created condition in AS-GDO Patch.esp.

The condition MQ102 at this step is in the 4th row/position. If I move it to the right, it shifts up in the patch to be in the 3rd row/position, overriding the GetInFaction/Whiterun entry.

My question is, should I drag that condition over into the patch, so that when I drag the MQ102 condition over it stays in the 4th row, or is the intention for it to move up?

Thanks in advance.

So I was thinking about starting a full playthrough.  I have this compilation stable to the point where I can play for several hours in a row.  The CTDs I get are no more or less than regular Skyrim, so thats good enough.

The only thing that's stopping me is the possible inclusion of left hand rings and DSpSOB at a future time when they are made to be more compatible with the other mods.  If I include them midway through a game, I suspect that might really cause some issues...

Do you think it would be ok, or do they really require full restarts?

after optimizing textures and check the esp for the folders (example   heartfiresoptimized.esp ) in the left window of organizer

have i to check the bsa files in the bsa tab in the orginizer  and or  have i to edit the ini and add them to the archives list there ?

I'm not seeing the 'Closer Quivers Longer Arrows' entry on the wiki. I'm probably blind but can anyone give me the # location in the wiki' date=' please?[/quote']

It lies betwixt "Daedric Armor and Weapon Improvement" and "Improved Close Faced Helmets" in the "Armory of Skyrim" section.

:)

Yes, you need to check every bsa file in that tab along with the default Skyrim esm's selected.

Hey Neo,

First, just wanted to say thanks again for your continued efforts to give us an awesome suite of mods to use in SR. Your hard work is very much appreciated. :)

I noticed a couple changes that weren't documented in the latest changelog and I wanted to make sure these were intentional.

  • Lanterns of Skyrim

  • Showed the new version 2.0 yesterday
  • Changed back to "1.3 (Dawnguard Compatible)" today
  • Vibrant Auroras

  • Showed the new version 1.2 yesterday with 2.0x optional
  • Changed back to 1.1 today

Odd... probably something to do with the server move. I'll check it out.

Edit: Yeah lost some edits during the server move looks like, cause the full changelog is back too and I cleared that... doh!

Edit2: Alright, re-added some changes from yesterday. Hope I got them all.

Hey Neovalen,

Just curious as what settings if any that you use for Skyrim -Community- Uncapper.

Thanks again for all your time and work on this project.

Right now I'm using the default provided with the mod pending any combat mods I wish to put in.
