Kal
Don't know if you're already aware, but Better Fast Travel causes corruption of the player's encumbrance state when the "Disable Weight Limit" is checked. To clarify, it will permanently alter both current and maximum encumbrance values, which you will then need to fix with some deft maths and actor value console commands. Link to comment

Kal
For what it's worth it's been mentioned by a couple of people in the comments on the Nexus, though not acknowledged/confirmed by the author yet. I haven't had a chance to nail down the exact circumstances where it occurs but I suspect it's something to do with fast travelling while overburdened while simultaneously having a lot of encumbrance altering effects already on the player (e.g. a full bandolier set and backpack.) I have several saves where I'm positioned to immediately reproduce the problem, reload, toggle the option off and fast travel again and prove it then doesn't happen. I may load up BFT in the CK tonight and take a look to see if I can work out exactly what it's doing and what's going wrong. Unless it sets your encumbrance to a really bizarre number it may not be immediately obvious that you've been struck by the bug - I only realised because I needed to completely unload my kit and noticed my current weight value was going negative! Quahogs
I had this posted on another thread but the question is specifically for Neo: I have the below patches active in my LO: Besides the Requiem patch are the other patches redundant if I'm using the SR conflict resolution.esp patch ? Thanks AOS2_DCOd Patch.esp AOS2_GDO Patch.esp AOS2_RealisticWaterTwo Patch.esp AOS2_Requiem1.7.3 Patch.esp AOS2_WetandCold Patch.esp AOS_TAD Patch.esp AOS2_WAF Patch.esp Link to comment
Smile44
The only patch you need for SR is the AOS2_CoT3_1_patch.esp as detailed in the guide, the others are either in the CR patch or for mods not in SR:LE which you will need patches for, obviously Requiem, DCO (dragon Combat Overhaul I'm guessing), and not sure about TAD? the others are all built into the CR patch. P.S. Yes I know this was for Neo but the answers are in the guide. Link to comment
Quahogs
Thanks Smile. Poured over the guide but it's probably an assumption that went over my head. Good catch with DCO, forgot about that one AOS2_CoT3_1_patch.esp : I could be wrong but I think the latest Vividian includes that patch? I'm not at home to verify that but I no longer have that in my LO. Edited October 29, 2014 by Quahogs Link to comment
Smile44
Yes you are right about Vividian, I forgot about that, so you need exactly no patches now then except those for non SR mods. Caution though Neo is using the latest version of Vividian in the guide but still has us use the CoT patch - there may or may not be a reason for this. Neo will have to catch that one. hellanios
Yes.Thanks for the quick responses. I have a request to make about the SR CR esp. If it has masters that we don't use(e.g. I don't use the Vividian ENB) is it possible to delete the related records with a simple solution? Could you write a note or a subguide on how to do this? Razorsedge877
Hi Neovalen. Do you use the step installation at all in your game? I'm thinking more the gameplay, fixes, and User interface mods? Do you think you would ever include any of the mods that are not in your guide yet? A little off topic question Since I know you have a Gigabyte GPU. Which is better, buying the 980 (faster clock speeds and more cuda cores) or getting 2 970s and running SLI. Also would you stick with a Gigabyte Motherboard or would it be ok to get an Asus board. Curious about how you feel mixing and matching. I don't want this question to throw the thread off topic I am just very interested in your opnion Link to comment

I don't want this question to throw the thread off topic I am just very interested in your opnionI went with the SLI 970s (obviously) and chose the Gigabyte because they are simply the best out there for temps and base over clock. Single card 980 is good too, especially if you still game at 1080p. I game at 1600p so for me the extra SLI power helps and being able to get 2 at a 700 price point is a steal vs a single 980 at 550. 2 970s definitely have the price/performance crown ATM. As far as motherboards go I've had ASUS, Gigabyte, and MSI boards in the past... The Gigabyte by far was the smoothest install but read reviews and research before choosing, its one part you don't want to skimp on. All of those manufacturers make quality parts. As for STEP mods, I think I've gone through the list and chose what I wanted, did you have a mod in particular you were curious about? Link to comment
