Question

So, neither Wrye Bash nor LOOT nor SSEEdit see any of the mods.
I of course added them to Mod Organizer. I tried reinstalling Skyrim, reinstalling MO, and moving everything from my SSD to my HD. I also tried it with versions 2.0.8.2, 2.0.8.1 and 2.0.8 of MO. Also, I'm using MO in portable mode, and everything is in Skyrims folder. It's not in Program Files and the folder structure is about as short as it gets.
The mods load fine in MO and also work in Skyrim. But they don't show up at all in any of the programs launched via MO.
I couldn't see anyting in the logs, either.
Any advice?
