"Custom Fit" does not work with SPERG over STEP

I have SPERG installed over STEP Extended.  Custom Fit, which gives 25% armor bonus with all light armor, does not appear to work.  I tried completely different sets of light armor.  I am basing this on the armor rating displayed by SkyUI.  I am assuming that SkyUI should display the armor rating with the bonus, given what I have read in other forums.  It shows no bonus.  I am using auto-perks in SPERG.

 

I believe I correctly installed STEP Extended, at least there were no issues with the final Benchmark with only STEP Extended installed (FPS in final benchmark were 55 mean, 31 min, 64 max, game res 1680x1050).  I assumed that SPERG should work given that it has a step-pack page:

I have the following additional mods, installed after I finished the STEP Extended install:

 

- That's Racist

- Immersive Patrols

- SPERG

- Unofficial SPERG Patches

- Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim

- Enchanting Awakened

 

After I installed these modes, I recreated the Bashed Patch and regenerated the DSR and FNIS outputs. 

 

I don't see why any of these other mods would affect Custom Fit.

I forgot to mention I am using MO and LOOT.  One thing I find odd is that LOOT is placing the SPERG DG and DB esp's above SPERG.esp.  Is that right?

Ok, my apologies, I didn't carefully check the load order corrections for BOSS in the above link, since I was using LOOT. The answer was in front of my face - LOOT is sorting wrong, the DG and DB esp's must be after the SPERG.esp.
