xbone right stick input lag when using MO

ran MO with SKSE with a couple of mods, noticed that when i move my right stick, it input lags a bit, a lot when im moving and looking or while fighting, like when i flick the stick it takes about a second for the camera to move.. ran vanilla skyrim (no MO, no SKSE, no mods), vanilla with mods, skse no mods, and skse with mods = no right stick input lag.. but vanilla with MO and no mods, skse with MO and no mods = right stick lag.. anyone experience this?.. and what can you suggest for me to resolve this?..
